In the mobile Internet era,training methods have undergone tremendous changes.On-demand learning,push learning,embedded learning and so on make the learning content more in the form of search,push,Association in front of learners.The training timeliness of enterprises plays a vital role in improving the ability of employees to solve practical problems.Therefore,A company must change its training mode,introduce the idea of "Internet +" into employee training,make the "Internet +" integrate with traditional training,make learning "fragmented",improve staff's learning autonomy,and enhance the timeliness of staff training.This paper mainly discusses the innovation of A company's training system from the background of Internet.Firstly,it discusses the concept and connotation of the training system,the principles of the training system and the relevant theoretical basis of human resources development.Then it analyzes the current training system of A company and the existing problems.Finally,it puts forward the innovation of A company's training system based on Internet.Strategy.Specifically,this paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the second is the overview of relevant theories,the third chapter is the company's basic situation and training status,the fourth chapter is the company's training status survey and problem analysis,the fifth chapter is the company's training system optimization countermeasures,the sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.Through the investigation,this paper finds that there are a series of problems in company A's training system,including: lack of professional teachers,inadequate internal curriculum development,lack of breadth and depth of training evaluation,low staff training satisfaction,and imperfect management system.Based on this,this paper puts forward a new environment,the Internet for training innovation requirements,that the market environment in the enterprise development,change,change speed is also amazing,which puts forward higher requirements for enterprise training.The development of training courses needs a certain amount of time to complete,and needs to do a lot of training needs research,material collection,courseware preparation and other work.Then it puts forward the goals and ideas of training system innovation of A company,that is,to re-integrate training resources,to carry out training curriculum system construction,and to build a network knowledge base.The company should make use of the "Internet +" big data to perfect the training needs analysis,innovate the training mode,improve the interest of the trainees,and establish a sound training evaluation mechanism.Finally,the article puts forward the implementation and guarantee of training system operation.
