Under the current high energy consumption background of the construction industry,it is imperative to build energy-efficient and low-energy buildings.In 2009,our country introduced German passive ultra-low energy technology to improve current energy-saving standards and reduce building energy consumption.The research finds that the goal of ultra-low energy consumption needs to be achieved by three aspects of architectural noumenon measures,construction measures and technical measures.The Architectural Noumenon Energy-saving Design is the foundation of low-energy buildings,and has the highest energy-saving benefits with the lowest cost investment.However,the control strategy of the existing ultra-low energy technology system is mainly focused on the construction measures and technical measures,but there is no systematic design requirement for the architectural noumenon energy-saving level.At the same time,in the practice of ultra-low-energy projects in China,some projects have increased the energy-saving costs of the other two levels due to the lack of energy-saving of building ontology.Individual buildings can not achieve the goal of ultra-low energy consumption even through the compensation of structural and technical measures.Therefore,the design strategy of architectural noumenon energy-saving under the goal of ultra-low energy consumption needs to be explored.Under the above background,this paper deduces the energy-saving design strategy of architectural noumenon energy-saving under the goal of ultra-low energy consumption which based on the climatic characteristics of cold regions and the simulation results of energy analysis software.Then applies it to the Weifang Xiashan Agriculture Zhigu Project.Combining project requirements with ultra-low energy consumption requirements to form a research design plan,and verifying the achievement of ultra-low energy consumption targets through energy consumption simulation,providing theoretical supplement and practical reference for the subsequent passive ultra-low energy building design in China.The first chapter: systematically combs the research origin,research purpose and significance,related concepts and research scope,research content,methods and framework,and summarizes related practice and theoretical research at home and abroad.The second chapter summarizes the construction measures and technical measures of the passive ultra-low energy technology system,then analyzes the content of the architectural noumenon energy-saving design and its importance to the ultra-low energy consumption target.Then It is proved by relevant cases that the goal of ultra-low energy consumption first needs to carry out good architectural noumenon energy-saving design,and secondly,it needs to be combined with energy-saving design of structural measures and technical measures.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of the energy saving strategy of building ontology in the prior art system,and paves the way for the later strategy research.The third chapter: Deduces the energy-saving design strategy of architectural noumenon energy-saving under the goal of ultra-low energy consumption which based on the climatic characteristics of cold regions and the simulation results of energy analysis software,which is embodied in site design,architectural shape,layout,interior space,window-to-wall ratio and sunshade.The main conclusions of this paper are drawn and paved the way for the empirical research in the following.The fourth chapter: Combining the specific practical cases,implants the strategies into the design of the Weifang Xiashan Agriculture Zhigu Project as an empirical study.Rationally weigh the ultra-low energy consumption requirements with the surrounding environment and functional appeals of the project to form a research design plan that optimizes the comprehensive benefits.Then combined with the construction practices and technical measures in the ultra-low energy technology system.Finally,verifies the achie-vement of its ultra-low energy goals through energy simulation.The fifth chapter: summarizes the full text,but also points out the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward the prospect for the next research.
