The construction and operation of high-quality talent team is indispensable,and enterprise training is the main way of talent team construction.Based on the analysis of the existing report data,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper finds that the training system of YN Airport Group Co.,Ltd.exists: the training management system needs to be optimized,the training effect evaluation and achievement transformation need to be strengthened;the training course system is not systematic,and the systematic training course system of each specialty has not been established;the development level of teaching materials and the timeliness of updating teaching materials are not enough At present,the professional coverage of independently developed teaching materials is low;the internal trainer is lack of teaching motivation,and the training effect needs to be further improved;part of the training management system needs to be further improved,and the training policy publicity needs to be strengthened;the basic training conditions cannot meet the development needs,and the online education and training resources are relatively scarce;the educational background structure of the staff is not reasonable,and the learning organization is built There is a long way to go.In view of the above problems,based on human capital theory,training system theory and learning organization theory,this paper summarizes the experience of domestic and foreign advanced enterprises,puts forward the training system optimization objectives of the group company,and puts forward the optimization of the training management system,the improvement of the training course system,the development and upgrading of training materials,the strengthening of the training and testing team,the improvement of the training management system,and the training foundation The optimization plan for the construction of facilities and learning organization is put forward,and measures for the smooth implementation of the plan are proposed to strengthen the leadership guarantee,strengthen the mechanism guarantee and strengthen the professional guarantee.
