Objective:Copying animal model of Hyperlipemia rats model,using established red cell membrane biological characteristics research platform,around the erythrocyte membrane’s Biological characteristic changes of two kinds of modeling methods,to investigate the differents of hemorheology and the erythrocyte membrane’s Biological characteristics between them.Method:1.Experimental research one:Twenty SD male rats were randomly assigned to two groups,blank group and hyperlipidemia model group;High fat emulsion were continuously given to model rats intragastrically for 30 days.Then mensurated the plasma protein,the contents of glycemia and apolipoprotein,the hemorheology.Prepareing the erythrocyte membrane,then mensurated the enzymatic activity of Na+-K+-ATP ancd SOD,the contents of saliva acid,MDA and cholesterol of red cell membrane.2.Experimental research two:Twenty SD male rats were randomly assigned to two groups,blank group and hyperlipidemia model group;High fat diet was continuously given to model rats intragastrically for 9 weeks.Method for the determination of indexes were same as the Experimental research one.Result:1.Compared with blank group,the weight of model I rats was increased obviously(P<0.05);the plasma’s CHO,GLU,ApoB,TG and LDL-C were increased significantly(P<0.01),HDL-C was decreased obviously(P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity were obvious increased(P<0.05,P<0.01);SA content,Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and SOD enzyme activity were decreased obviously(P<0.05),the content of MDA and membrane cholesterol were increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.Compared with blank group,the weight of model Ⅱ rats was increased obviously(P<0.01);the blood plasma TG,GLU and ApoB were increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),and HDL-C was decreased obviously(P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity was increased obviously at the level conditions of 30 s-1 and 200 s-1(P<0.05),the plasma viscosity had obvious increased(P<0.05);Na+-K+-ATP and SOD enzyme activity were decreased obviously(P<0.05),the contents of MDA and cholesterol werc increased significantly(P<0.05),SA had been decreased tendence.Conclusion:1.The weight of model I rats was increased obviously;the plasma’s CHO,GLU,ApoB,TG and LDL-C were increased significantly,HDL-C was decreased obviously;the whole blood and plasma viscosity were obvious increased;SA content,Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and SOD enzyme activity were decreased obviously,the content of MDA and membrane cholesterol were increased significantly.Meanwhile,the content of membrane cholesterol had increased obviously.2.the weight of model Ⅱ rats was increased obviously;the blood plasma TG,GLU and ApoB were increased significantly,HDL-C was decreased obviously;both of the whole blood and plasma viscosity had increased tendency;Na+-K+-ATP and SOD enzyme activity were decreased obviously,the contents of MDA and cholesterol were increased significantly.3.For the model Ⅰ rats,the changes of hemorheology and the erythrocyte membrane’s Biological characteristics were better than the model Ⅱ rats.Furthermore,it had short model building period,the first one had the advantage over the second one.
