The Attenuated Action Of The Total Saponine Of Aralia Elata Seem Leaveson Tumor-bearing Mice Treaded With Fluorouracil

Objective:This article is to discusses attenuated action of the total saponine of aralia elata seem leaveson tumor-bearing mice treaded with chemotherapy.Methods:This subject adopts the MCF-7 breast cancer tumor-burdened mice as model,using different doses of total saponine of aralia elata seem leaveson(ETS)and fluorouracil(5-Fu),by measuring each group mice weight,spleen weight after the administration,spleen index,the number of bone marrow nucleated cells,the levels of cytokines in the spleen and viscera pathology observation,to discusses attenuated action of the total saponine of aralia elata seem lea-veson tumor-bearing mice treaded with chemotherapy.Results:The tumor inhibition rates of ETS combined with 5-Fu on breast cancer tumor-burdened mice were obviously higher than 5-Fu used single.Compared with 5-Fu group,the count of bone marrow nucleated cell increased significantly when ETS was used together with 5-Fu.which demonstrated that ETS could inprove myelo suppression of 5-Fu on tumor bearing mice.ETS could attenuate the toxicity of 5-Fu on the immune organ of tumor bearing mice,protect a tumor-burdened mice spleen promotes its growth,that can improve the side effects of the immune system.ETS can reduce 5-Fu of MCF-7 tumor-burdened breast cancer of liver injury in mice.Conclusion:ETS has attenuated action effect on MCF-7 breast cancer tumor-burdened mice which are treated with fluorouracil.
