The Intervention Effect Analysis Of Using EEG Biofeedback Technology Attention Concentrated Training On ADHD

Objective In order to exam the intervention effects of using EEG biofeedback technology that focus on attention training on the clinical subtypes of ADHD.Methods According to the ADHD diagnosis(DSM-?),we selected 72 outpatients who were suffered from hyperactivity and inattention,using IVA-CPT test to intervene,then we divided the patients into different groups according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine.Results(1)In the IVA-CPT test,the combined control quotient and auditory control quotient in different age groups are significantly different(P<0.05),the greater the age,the higher the combined control quotient and auditory control quotient are;(2)The error rate of the focus attention test is significantly declined after training,and the error rate of the non-hyperactivity group's improvement is significantly better than the hyperactivity(P<0.01),and the longer the training,the significant the effect;(3)From the IVA-CPT test results we found that after 40 times of EEG Biofeedback therapy,the reduction rate of auditory response control quotient and visual response control quotient in the group of children with predominately hyperactive-impulsive type were significantly higher than the non-predominately hyperactive-impulsive group(P<0.01),while the attention quotient had no obvious difference between the two groups;But after 80 times,the combined control quotient,auditory attention quotient and visual attention quotient showed significant difference between the two groups,and the improvement of attention on non-predominately hyperactive-impulsive group was obviously higher than that of predominately hyperactive-impulsive group(P<0.01);(4)The syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine also suggests that,two groups' attention tests were significantly decreased after training.And the non-liver Yang group was superior to the liver Yang group(P<0.01).We also found that the longer the treatment,the better the effect.Conclusion(1)EEG Biofeedback training can improve the core symptoms of every subtypes of ADHD,the hyperactive-impulsive group showed earlier efficient.Additionally,the longer the training,the better the effect;(2)There is a significant difference in the improvement of control force between the groups with and without liver Yang excessive rising,and the former is better,and the study shows no difference in the improvement of attention.
