Ethanol Extract Of JUNCAO Ganoderma Lucidum And Loligo Chinensis Loligo Chinensis On Alcoholic Liver Synergistic Protection

Alcoholic liver disease is the second largest liver disease after the infectious liver disease.Health risks and social threats induced from long-term excessive alcohol consumption are serious worldwide public health problems.The alcohol liver protective effect of JUNCAO Ganoderma lucidum alcohol extract(JGAE),Loligo chinensis Loligo chinensis(LT)and their different-ratio complex(DRC)was studied by constructing animal model of alcoholic liver damage.The results showed that,compared with the model group,the mice in JGAE group,TR group and DRC group had longer tolerance time and lesser drunk sleeping time in varying degrees after the administration of alcohol.JGAE,LT and DRC could promote GSH-PX activity in mice’s liver,while inhibit the elevated content of MDA in a certain degree.More fat vacuoles and inflammation appearing in liver cells by morphology research in stained tissue sections of mice’s livers indicted that the liver damage in the model group was obvious.The liver regeneration factor of mice in treatment group had significantly increased,and the alcoholic liver injury was palliative in varying degrees,indicating that JGAE,LT and DRC all had certain roles in liver protection.Overall,the middle JGAE group,middle LT group and DRC 1:2 group had best hepatoprotective effect,even better than the positive control group,and the rest of administering group also had varying degrees of hepatoprotective effect compared with the model group.The results of this research will provide theoretical basis and technical support for alcoholic liver injury prevention and treatment,for the collaborative development of terrestrial-source Ganoderma lucidum,sea-source Loligo chinensis and other biologically active substances,and for the development of their compound nutritional health products.
