As we all know, the human brain has a very complex working mechanism.Over the years, scholars in many countries have been in-depth study of the working principle of the brain.Advances in brain imaging have led to the development of human brain exploration from the earliest anatomical location to further detection of human brain activity. The rapid development of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology makes it easier and more effective to explore the brain. At the same time in the resting state to obtain the physiological significance of the brain signal is particularly important.Schizotypal personality disorder(SPD)is a kind of neurological disorder. The main characteristic is schizotypal personality disorder(SPD),which is characterized by high morbidity, strong subjective diagnosis, and lack of good treatment. Therefore, the use of fMRI technology revealed in patients with schizotypal personality disorder in the functional areas of the brain in the resting state of activity, and detection of schizotypal personality disorder patients and normal differences between the functional network in the brain to identify functional disorders related brain areas, which in cognitive neuroscience and clinical research has important significance.First of all,18 patients with schizotypal personality disorder and 18 normal subjects were divided into two groups, and no gender, age and other significant differences. The data were preprocessed by using the resting functional magnetic resonance data processing software, and the processed images were registered with the standard space. The independent component analysis algorithm was used to extract the time series and to find out the spatial position of the corresponding independent components in the brain, and extract the human brain’s default mode network.Using this method, the two groups were compared with the default model network, and the difference between the two groups was compared between the two groups. The results showed that the difference between the two groups was significant in the default model network, the activation of some brain regions in normal subjects was lower than that in patients with schizotypal personality disorder, and the activation of some brain regions was higher than that of patients with schizotypal personality disorder. The results obtained are helpful to explain the pathogenesis of the disease and to treat the disease.Secondly,by using the low-frequency characteristics of the brain, the time-series extracted by the group-independent component analysis algorithm were analyzed by Welch transform to obtain the low frequency amplitude ratio(fALFF)and power spectral density(PSD)of the corresponding independent components, and then using the group independent component analysis algorithm time series, and in the brain spatial location to find out the network except for the default mode network, including:salience network(Salience),dorsal attention network(Dorsal-Attention),executive network(Executive),sensory motor network(Somatomotor),Visual network(Visual),the edge system network(Limbic)fALFF and power spectral density(PSD)of the seven independent components of the brain network were analyzed using statistical analysis to analyze the differences between schizotypal personality disorder patients and normal subjects and between brain networks. It was found that there were significant differences in the seven networks between the patient group and the normal subjects in the different frequency domain. At last, the whole brain network analysis was carried out,and the two groups were divided into 90 regions of interest by Automatic Anatomical Labeling(AAL).The brain functional connectivity network was constructed by pearson correlation analysis and the independent component analysis the time signal of the seven brain networks and the frequency domain signals of the seven brain networks acquired by Welch transform. The Pearson correlation analysis was also used to construct the functional connection network. The average time series of each brain region was extracted,The Pearson correlation coefficient of the brain region, that is,the correlation between the brain region and the brain region, which is converted into a Z matrix by the Fisher-z transformation matrix.Based on the complex network theory, the corresponding graph theory index parameters, the difference was significant. The results showed that, compared with the normal subjects, the patients with schizotypal personality disorder had small world characteristics, but had changed compared with the normal group and the topological parameters of the brain network had been changed.
