With the development of living standards and the change of life style,China’s coronary artery heart disease rates tends to be increasing.Cardiac interventional therapy has become wide application in the treatment of coronary artery heart disease,because of the characterized by mini-invasion,obvious curative effect and fast recovery cycle.A lot of clinical experience shows that the key points of successful surgery are selection and application of instruments in great degree.However,traditional cardiac interventional therapy depends on personal experiences of the doctor which will make aginst the systematization and inheritance of medical knowledge.Therefore,in view of the coronary artery heart disease actual situation of our country,the research of cardiac interventional therapy instruments of computer aided method is conducted.The system not only promotes the knowledge organization,but also provides a valid instruments number reference for doctor and improves efficiency of surgery.According to the characteristics of cardiac intervention filed,the method of instruments assistant selection for the cardiac interventional therapy is researched in the study of expert system and fuzzy logic of relevance theory,and the prototype system is designed.At the beginning of the thesis,the form and advantages and disadvantages of different knowledge representation is discussed.Due to the complex and fuzzy of medical knowledge,a new knowledge representation is proposed combined with rules and frame representation.Then,this paper emphasizes the research of reasoning methods which integrates the case-based reasoning,rule-based reasoning and fuzzy-based reasoning.To solve problem by using three-hybrid reasoning methods of CBR、RBR and FBR With case retrieval methods,the combination of nearest neighbor and knowledge based retrieval methods is presented.Depending on knowledge based retrieval method to confirm form candidate from cases and then in the candidate to find the most similar case by using the nearest neighbor,which improves the effect of case retrieval and avoids the inadequate of nearest neighbor.The system based on the multiple rule multiple input model.The control strategy combines the forward reasoning and inaccurate reasoning.On account of case similarity reasoning by using matching algorithm,and adds the fuzzy membership function to vessel characteristic parameter with numeric representation.The close degree-based is given to index value and the selection conclusion is exported at the end.At last,on the basis of the above-mentioned research,the system for instruments assistant selection of cardiac interventional therapy is designed,including the user login,deduction module and knowledge management module.The system of database construction is builded by the SQL Server database.The interactive interface,fuzzy reasoning and maintenance of database are realized by Visual C++ programming environment,and the system frame is constructed.Results of experiments show that the system can reasonably organizes and extends selection knowledge,the system will deduce quantization reasoning result.It is aided instruments diagnosis for interventional doctor.
