| Objective:1.To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of mentor experience prescription which names ZiShenQingXin Fang in the treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with type of imbalance between heart and kidney.2.Improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve women’s endocrine levels,in order to restore normal menstrual cycles,and provide new treatment programs for improving the quality of life of patients.3.Provide clinical basis for further promotion and application of this prescription.Methods:In this study,randomized and controlled trials were used to collect sixty patients with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency that met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of thirty patients each.The control group was given Kuntai capsules,and the treatment group was given ZiShenQingXin Fang.After six months of treatment,both groups observed and recorded clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,serum estrogen(E2),serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and basal antral follicle(bAFC)count changes.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the differences within and between the two groups before and after treatment,and the corresponding conclusions were obtained to assess the mechanism and efficacy of ZiShenQingXin Fang in the treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with type of imbalance between heart and kidney.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy:After treatment,one patient were cured in the treatment group,the ratio was 3.33%,nine patients were markedly effective,the ratio was 30%,sixteen were effective,the ratio was 53.33%,and the total effective rate was 86.67%;in the control group,none was cured.The proportion was 0%,three patients were markedly effective,the ratio was 10%,twenty patients were effective,the ratio was 66.67%,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The combined efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by the rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.TCM symptom score:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,both groups of patients with menstrual volume and color quality are better than before(p<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05),and after treatment,the heart and kidney symptoms were significantly improved(p<0.01)in both groups,and the treatment group improved better than the control group(p<0.05).3.Serum FSH,LH,E2 levels:After treatment,the FSH and E2 levels before and after treatment in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of FSH and E2 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups with LH level(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In other words,The treatment group and the control group have therapeutic effects on LH.However,the efficacy of the treatment group was not better than that of the control.4.Basal antral follicle number:After treatment,the basal sinus follicle counts in both groups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the efficacy of the treatment group was not better than that of the control.5.Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in AMH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ZiShenQingXin Fang is effective in treating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with type of imbalance between heart and kidney and is superior to proprietary Chinese medicine Kuntai capsules.The use of ZiShenQingXin Fang for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency promotes the improvement of clinical symptoms,smoothes the mood,stabilizes the levels of sex hormones,and normalizes the menstrual.The effect is outstanding.ZiShenQingXin Fang through balancing the heart and kidneys with the yin and yang in the body,maintain the normal function of the Chong Ren-uterine axis,regulating the level of endocrine hormones in order to achieve improved ovarian function,delay its aging effect. |
