The Clinical Observation Of Yishentang In The Treatment Of Weakness Of The Spleen And Stomach Of Diarrhea

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishentang in the treatment of the weakness of the spleen and the stomach(diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome),and treat the weak diarrhea of spleen and stomach with TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods : The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Yishentang,the control group was given Chinese patent medicine ginseng JIANPI Tablets,keeping watching for a month.To record the changes of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the results statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results : The Total Effective: the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group is 90.0%,and the control group is 76.7%.By rank sum test,p<0.05,the treatment group and the control group have significant differences,and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group.The Total TCM score Comparison : The total score of the treatment group was improved significantly compared with the control group,difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).TCM syndrome Score comparison :the treatment group was effective in improve symptoms,p<0.05.Conclusion:1.Yishentang can effectively improve the clinical syndrome of spleen and stomach weak diarrhea,and its curative effect is better than that of the control group.2.No adverse events occurred during the observation,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
