Clinical Observation Ofherbal Decoction Combined With Moxibustion Treatment For Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Tubal Inflammatory Infertility

ObjectiveThis study used herbal decoction combined with moxibustion treatment for qi stagnation and blood stasis tubal inflammatory infertility.After the observation of curative effect.We found the rate of pregnancy and the rate of fallopian tube reconstruction,symptom integration has improved noticeably Explore the mechanism of herbal decoction combined with moxibustion treatment,in order to prove its clinical efficacy and safety,and provide a reliable theoretical basis.MethodsA total of 34 cases of tubal inflammatory infertility with qi stagnation and blood stasis were collected from the outpatient department of gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to June 2017.After 3 months’ treatment with herbal decoction combined with moxibustion,the reconstructive rate of fallopian tube,the pregnancy rate,and clinical symptom score were observed.Statistical software SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the data.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the relationship between the age of patients,the course of infertility,the number of abortion and the curative effect.The herbal decoction combined with moxibustion treatment has a good clinical effect on all age groups,regardless of the duration of disease and the number of abortion.There is a significant difference between the degree of oviduct obstruction and the curative effect,suggesting that the degree of tubal obstruction is closely related to the curative effect.The degree of tubal patency and clinical symptom score were significantly different before and after treatment,indicating that the moxibustion method not only improved the patency of tubal,but also improved the systemic syndrome.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 88.23%after the treatment of herbal decoction combined with moxibustion.Conclusion1.The total effective rate of the treatment of herbal decoction combined with moxibustion is 88.23%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 94.11%.2.Inherbal decoction combined with moxibustion treatment,"Han Fu Yan Decoction" can promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating Chongren,carbuncle pus,with "moxibustion No.1"moxibustion treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility,curative effect,has obvious advantages in efficiency,improve the overall tubal disease tube patency rate,improve TCM symptoms,local signs etc.3.It is safe,effective and convenient for the treatment of tubal infertility by the treatment of herbal decoction combined with moxibustion,which is easy to be accepted by the patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
