The Research On Establishing Assessment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Appropriate Technology And Application

Objective:To establish a scientific and complete assessment model of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology,and apply it in four Chinese traditional medical treatment which had good clinical effect and long application time.It hoped to provide methodological reference to research of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology assessment,popularize demonstration in the countryside and optimal configuration of health resources.Methods:1.Methods of indicator system: Using Delphi method to build a set of special traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology assessment;then using analytic hierarchy process to ascertain first-degree index weight and using stratified analyse method to ascertain second and third degree index weight,finally setting up traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology assessment.2.Methods of practical evaluation: a.build questionnaire: combining traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology assessment and document research and clinical observation of four kinds of Chinese traditional medical treatments,respectively make technology assessment questionnaire and health workers questionnaire aimed at each Chinese traditional medical treatment.b.collect material: a questionnaire survey was conducted to doctors who are using the technology and patients who are accepting the treatment by the technology,and meanwhile take interviews to doctors,collect relevant data,then take back the questionnaire.c.system evaluation: on the basis of questionnaire,interview and evidence-based evaluation to obtain grade from every index and corresponding the index weight to calculate the total points of Chinese traditional medical treatments,thereby filtrating the traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology and giving advice to the popularize of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology.3.statistical analysis: the research data use Microsoft Excel 2013 type-in,and use SPSS 23.0 to analysis.Under the study,chi-square test,t-test,rank sum test are aboved.Results:1.Result of expert consultation: team of experts both have higher positivity and authority degree,according to two rounds of consulting,cooperation index of team of experts respectively are 0.265 and 0.438.2.Result of indicator system: ascertaining the relevant indexes totally have 48,above the 48 indexes,first-degree have 6 indexes,second degree have 13 indexes,third degree have 29 indexes,and confirming the weight of first,second and third degree.The kinds of 6 first degree indexes included maturity,technicality,simple and convenience,security,validity and society and ethical adaptability,the weight respectively are 0.0829、0.1021、0.0592、0.3791、0.3323 and 0.0444.3.Result of practical evaluation: a.Zhibian through Shuidao acupuncture technique treat primary dysmenorrhea: the weighted Rank-WR of the first degree indexes are that maturity’s score is 6.26,technicality’s score is 6.34,simple and convenience’s score is 3.19,security’s score is 29.65,validity’s score is 26.61 and society and ethical adaptability’s score is 4.05,total score is 76.10.Maturity better,technicality higher,simple and convenience ordinary,security best,validity highest and society and ethical adaptability better,b.Catgut implantation at acupoint technique treat chronic superficial gastritis: the weighted Rank-WR of the first degree indexes are that maturity’s score is 7.88,technicality’s score is 6.33,simple and convenience’s score is 3.41,security’s score is 30.08,validity’s score is 27.27 and society and ethical adaptability’s score is 3.98,total score is 78.95.Maturity better,technicality higher,simple and convenience ordinary,security best,validity highest and society and ethical adaptability better,c.Magnetic circle plum needle technique treat Fasciitis of back neck muscles: the weighted Rank-WR of the first degree indexes are that maturity’s score is 6.42,technicality’s highest and society and ethical adaptability better.Conclusions:1.The establishing of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology are sufficient consideration the realities situation and characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine,the result of the indexes has certain operability and rationality.It was suitable for filtrating and evaluating to Chinese traditional medical treatment,in favour of accelerate the promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology.2.Display of practical evaluation result: Zhibian through Shuidao acupuncture technique treat primary dysmenorrhea;Catgut implantation at acupoint technique treat chronic superficial gastritis;Magnetic circle plum needle technique treat Fasciitis of back neck muscles;Sharp hooked needle technique treat scapulohumeral periarthritis are both suitable for promotion and application in grassroots health institutions.3.the results of evaluation system and practical evaluation show that health institution should give some policy support to the exploitation,use and popularize of appropriate technology;related health officer should optimize and improve the therapeutic schedule and operation technique of appropriate technology;so as to reasonable allocation of health resources and improve the quality and efficiency of utilization of health resources.
