| Objective:Observation of solid kidney spleen Ann tire particles joint flexion progesterone treatment of spleen and kidney type two virtual corpus luteum insufficiency at the clinical curative effect of recurrent miscarriage,and discuss the possible mechanism of action,and provide theoretical support and scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:(1)will be included in the standard of 90 cases of patients with recurre nt miscarriage,in accordance with the principle of random is divided into three gro ups: the treatment group and control group in both groups,the number of cases are in 30 cases.(2)treatment group given solid kidney spleen Ann tire particles joint f lexion progesterone treatment,control group was given 1 solid kidney spleen Ann ti re particles treatment,control group 2 fold progesterone therapy in giving.(3)in pat ients with clinical syndrome,blood h CG,progesterone,ultrasound as main observati on indexes.(4)three groups are taking to at 12 weeks after data collection and stati stical analysis,through the comparison between self-reflection and groups before an d after the treatment to determine the clinical curative effect.Results:(1)from three groups of age,always abortion times comparison,there wer e no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.(2)in the aspect of T CM symptom integral,three groups before treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.Three groups own comparison before and after the treatment,the differences were statistic ally significant(P < 0.05),the results show that three methods can improve the cli nical symptoms.Comparison between treatment group: there was no statistically signi ficant difference in treatment group and control group 1(P > 0.05),but the two gr oups were superior to control group 2(P < 0.05),showed that combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,simple solid kidney spleen fetus granules an d flexor progesterone comparison,can better improve the clinical symptoms of tradi tional Chinese medicine.(3)in terms of blood h CG comparison,the treatment group compared with two controls,4,6,8 weeks of gestation blood h CG value comparis on differences statistically significant(P < 0.05),there was no statistically significan t difference compared two controls(P > 0.05).(4)in terms of progesterone,compare d three groups before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05),comparable;After treatment,the treatment group compared with the two contr ol group,difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05),difference between two g roup has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(5)the comparison,from the aspects of spuc end treatment group and control group,the control 2 group spuc 1 success rate of 87%,63% and 60% respectively,the treatment group was better than two c omparison groups,there was no statistically significant difference compared two con trols(P > 0.05).(6)in TCM syndrome curative effect,the treatment group,control group 1,2 control group total effective rate was 93%,90% and 80% respectively,t hree groups all can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group(P <0.05),control 1 group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).(7)All landowners three groups of patients during drug no obvious adverse reacti on occurred.Conclusions: Solid kidney spleen Ann tire particles joint flexion progesterone thera py in spleen and kidney type two virtual corpus luteum insufficiency of recurrent miscarriage clinical curative effect,is simple to use solid kidney spleen Ann tire pa rticles or flexion progesterone effect is remarkable,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine spuc deserves further research and promotion in clinical use. |
