Clinical Observation On Baotai Prescription Combined With Progesterone In The Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion Of Spleen Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Baotai prescription combined with progesterone on TCM syndrome score,serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin（β-h CG）,progesterone（P）,estradiol（E₂）,pregnancy associated plasma protein A（PAPP-A）and fetal growth in patients with Early Threatened Abortion of spleen kidney deficiency type before and after treatment,and to explore the clinical effect of Baotai prescription combined with progesterone in the treatment of Early Threatened Abortion Patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.Methods:60 patients with early threatened abortion were divided into two groups randomly,which is experimental group and control group.There are 30cases in each group.The experimental group was given Baotai prescription,200ml each time,warm after breakfast and dinner,progesterone injection,20mg,im qd;the control group was only given progesterone injection,20mg,im qd.The cycle of a treatment course is two weeks,and the total treatment process is two cycles.According to the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome score,monitoring of serum hormone levels and serum PAPP-A levels,as well as pelvic B ultrasound embryo growth and development.Results:the TCM syndrome score,serum hormone level,serum PAPP-A level and embryo growth in pelvic ultrasound of 60 patients were significantly changed after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance（P<0.05）;and the treatment effect of the experimental group was more effective than that of the control group,and the data was statistically significant（P<0.05）,suggesting that the effect of Baotai prescription combined with progesterone was significantly better than that of progesterone only.Conclusion:Baotai prescription combined with progesterone has significant clinical effect in the treatment of Early Threatened Abortion of spleen and kidney deficiency type,which can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score,shorten the time to relieve vaginal bleeding,relieve back pain and abdominal pain,and improve the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency.Its effect is significantly better than that of progesterone injection alone,with good safety and no adverse reactions during medication;It can also significantly increase the serum levels ofβ-h CG,P,E₂and PAPP-A,and improve the embryonic growth and development of the patients.
