Acupuncture Hand Foot Yangming Meridian Observation Curative Effect In The Treatment Of Facial Paralysis

Objective: To investigate the treatment of acupuncture of Foot Yangming facial paralysis,and to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of Hand Foot Yangming Meridian match method,provide the basis for clinical search for a more effective acupuncture treatment.Methods:This study selected 74 cases of patients with facial paralysis were accorded with the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,37 patients in the treatment group,37 cases in the control group,the two groups were given conventional treatment and rehabilitation training of Chinese medicine,treatment group adopted acupuncture of Foot Yangming Pianli,Renying,Fenglong acupoints,control the group of college textbooks in 1978 of "acupuncturology"(Shanghai science and Technology Press)in the disease of acupoints.1 times a day,every day for a period of 4 days,rest for 3 days,the H-B scale,FDI disability index scale after the end of the 4 course of treatment efficacy evaluation.Results:(1)The H-B scale to judge the curative effect,the total efficiency of the control group was 89.19%,the treatment group was 94.59%,Z=-2.052 was obtained by completely random rank data two sample rank sum test(P=0.040 < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.(2)The FDI scale to judge the curative effect,the total efficiency of the control group was 89.19%,the treatment group was 94.59%,Z=-2.148 was obtained by completely random rank data two sample rank sum test(P=0.032 < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.(3)Two scale correlation is bigger,the trend line is consistent,strengthens the result objectivity.Conclusion:(1)The opposite hand Foot Yangming Meridian acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment with paralysis curative effect obviously,but according to the H-B evaluation system before and after treatment and FDI index score comparison,reflecting the Foot Yangming Meridian acupuncture therapy the total effective rate is higher than the control group.In order to provide a more effective clinical treatment plan for treatment treatment of facial paralysis,and then explore the mechanism of acupuncture of Foot Yangming Meridian Therapy in the treatment of facial paralysis.(2)This paper focused on Hand Foot Yangming match acupoints,lifting balance to adjust the Yang Qi,facial nerve relaxation balance bar to quickly and effectively the mechanism of treating facial paralysis.The Foot Yangming Meridian acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis is to highlight the overall but also local,both upper and lower,and both;pay attention to smooth,and consider the deficiency;using both the contact point,and melt into the strong health care point.Highlight the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,highlighting the important role of acupuncture meridian dredging the Qi and blood,play the previous group hole experience.The most important thing is the discussed points principle for treatment of facial paralysis,and treatment ideas.
