| Objective:Clustery acupuncture clinical efficacy observed Meridian sinews treatment of facial palsy and objective evaluation of its effectiveness, a preliminary study of its mechanism of action. Thereby providing a more effective treatment method for the treatment of facial paralysis, improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy facial paralysis.Method:60patients will be divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30in each group. The treatment group Meridian tendons cluster acupuncture treatments, the control group received traditional acupuncture treatments, two needle retention times are30minutes, once a day, one course of treatment contains six times, there was an interval of one day between every two treatments. After four courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, House-Brackmann grading facial nerve function, facial disability index will be analyzed and evaluated.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was93.33%, and in the control group was86.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The treatment group compare the H-B before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the H-B of the treatment group was better than before. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group compare the facial disability index grading situation before and after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the facial disability index grading situation of the treatment group had improved. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Clustery acupuncture yangming meridian sinews of facial treatment can improving symptoms of facial paralysis patients.2.Clustery acupuncture yangming meridian sinews of facial treatment can improving HB grade facial nerve function of facial paralysis patients.3.Clustery acupuncture yangming meridian sinews of facial treatment can improving facial disability index of facial paralysis patients. |
