ObjectivesBy comparing the effects of different treatment methods on diabetic kidney disease, the effect of intensiveinsulin therapy on early type 2 diabetic kidney disease was investigated.Methods120 cases of early type 2 diabetic kidney disease patients were randomly divided into intensive insulin therapy group(experimental group)and oral hypoglycemic agents group(control group). We observe the changes of the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),two hours plasma glucose(2hPG),glycosylatedhemoglobin(HbA1c),totalcholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),l ow densitylipoprotein(LDL),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),HOMA-β and HOMA-IR in two groups after twelve weeks treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,UACR,HbA1 c,FPG,2hPG,TC,TG,LDL weredecreased,HOMA-β wereincreased,There is a statistical difference(P<0.05).UACR,FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c,LDL,HOMA-IR and Homa-β inthe experimental group changed more significantly than those in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).While TC,TG,β2-MG had no statistical difference(P>0.05).ConclusionsIntensive insulin therapycansignificantly reduce the levelof blood glucose in patientswith early type 2 diabetic kidneydisease.Compare with conventional therapy, intensive insulin therapy improve the prognosis of early type 2diabetic kidney disease.
