Study On Syndrome Differentiation Of Gastritis With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

The purpose of syndrome differentiation is to treat the disease,how to combine the syndrome with the prescription is the key to the clinical efficacy.In view of the fact that there isn’t an unified standard and evaluation system for the syndrome differentiation of Helicobacter pylori infection in traditional medicine,we lack the basis of evidence-based medicine and effective clinical medical research.We have systematically studied the pattern of syndrome differentiation of Helicobacter pylori infectiongastritis,inorder to help toimprove theaccuracy of syndrome differentiation of the Helicobacter pylori infection.According to the ancient and modern literature of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with modern medical reports,on the basis of understanding the dialectical thinking and the rules of standardization,this text applies the "TCM syndrome differentiation system" which the tutor built and the combination rule to the syndrome of Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis at the first time.Standardize the common symptoms of gastritis,using clinical basis investigation analysis method,and there are 515 cases of Helicobacter pylori infection of gastritis were collected.Then the statistical methods of SPSS 24 statistical software and cluster analysis were used to summarize the symptoms,signs and tongue and pulse manifestations of the disease position and disease.Into establish a "diagnostic information table for Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis",and to regulate its characteristics of disease location and disease character.Through discussing the standardization of the names of this disease in TCM,combined with the modern medical study of helicobacter pylori,it is considered that Helicobacter pylori infection of gastritis is regarded as the name of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection.The etiology and pathogenesis of Helicobacter pylori infection in the gastritis is discussed systematically.The main reasons for the occurrence of gastritis are the asthenia of the spleen,the loss of the spleen,the invasion of the central coke,the invasion of external pathogenic Helicobacter pylori,the seven emotions of internal injury and the dissection of the diet.The weakness of the spleen and stomach are the main factors of it,the helicobacter pylori infection is the key to its progress.Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis is located in the stomach,and also closely related to the spleen,large intestine,liver and other viscera.The common nature diseases are QI deficiency,QI stagnation,Yang deficiency,dampness,heat and so on.This study explored the regularity of the syndrome differentiation of Helicobacter pylori infection,the name of the disease,the position of the disease and the characteristics of the disease,the pattern of syndrome differentiation of the gastritis and the syndrome differentiation of Helicobacter pylori infection,to determine the clinical dialectical thinking with the core of"TCM syndrome differentiation system".At the same time,with the use of modern medical diagnosis and treatment technology,it not only emphasizes the principle of syndrome differentiation and syndrome combination,but also unified and standardizes the system of TCM syndrome combination,making the clinical syndrome differentiation more scientific and reasonable,and it is also beneficial to the improvement of the diagnosis of gastritis.
