The Clinical Research Of 5 Years Of Survival Rate,Relapse And Recurrence Rate And TCM Intervention Effect For Early Colorectal Cancer After Endoscopic Treatment

Purposes:We study retrospectively of the patients with 5 years of survival rate,recurrence rate who were diagnosed with early colorectal cancer and treated in endoscopy in Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu province from January 2009 to February 2013,evaluate the long-term effect of endoscopic treatment of early colorectal cancer,explore the possible related factors of early colorectal cancer recurrence,and verify that Chinese medicine can inhibit the growth of large intestine adenomas and prove that the JianPiHuaYu soup can prevent the happening of the early colorectal cancer by controlling the growth of adenoma.Methods:We use Haitai case system in Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu province,collect the patients who were in endoscopic treatment from January 2009-February 2013 in digestive endoscopy center and postoperatived pathological conformed to the diagnostic criteria of early colorectal cancer patients.According to admission number(AD),we look up to the original paper cases and eliminate not qualified.We take photos and gather information of the return cases which can meet the requirements,and then we make standard Word documents,input information too.We review all the patients,record their all previous review colonoscopy and pathology results.At the same time,we ask the patients whether they took the Chinese herbal and JianPiHuaYu soup,and record the time taking traditional Chinese medicine.At last,we sort out data and analyze statistics.Results:50 patients with early colorectal cancer after endoscopic treatment,5 years survival rate is 100%,the relapse rate was 0%.Eight people recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16%.The results show that the villous adenoma?multiple adenomas?lesions located in rectum and sigmoid colon?lesions infiltration into the submucosa have higher recurrence rate.There are 30 cases taking Chinese traditional medicine,including 2 cases of recurrence.There are 20 cases not taking Chinese traditional medicine,including 6 cases of recurrence.P<0.05,this is statistically difference.This can tell us that traditional Chinese medicine to some extent can inhibit the growth of large intestine adenomas.In the 30 cases who take Chinese medicine,23 cases in time of more than 1 year,there is no case recurrence.Duration less than 1 year in 7 cases,including 2 cases of recurrence,P<0.05,this is statistically difference.Results suggest that taking traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)the longer may inhibit the growth of adenoma the better.There are 30 cases taking Chinese traditional medicine,including 21 cases taking JianPiHuaYu soup,9 cases taking other soup in locational hospital.There are 0 recurrence in JianPiHuaYu soup and there are 2 recurrence in other soup.P>0.05,we can conclude that there is no difference for inhibition adenoma growth between JianPiHuaYu soup and other Chinese medicine prescription.Conclusions:Curative effect for endoscopic treatment for early colorectal cancer is accurate.It is worthy for clinical popularization and application.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),to a certain extent,can inhibit the growth of adenomas.The JianPiHuaYu soup can prevent early colorectal cancer recurrence.
