The Effect Of Tong Xie Yao Fang On Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide And Substance P Of Diarrhea-Predominant Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type Patient

Objective:1.To observe the changes of Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide(VIP) and Subustance P(SP) is in the recto-sigmoid juncture mucous membrane of diarrhea-predominant of i(?)itable bowel syndrome(D-IBS) of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient before and after the treatment of Tong Xie Yao Fang,and to study the possible modern medicine mechanism of Tong Xie Yao Fang curing D-IBS Patient.2.To study the relationship of VIP,SP and D-IBS.3.To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Tong Xie Yao Fang cure to D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient.Methods:1.30 cases according with Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type of D-IBS diagnostic criteria were set up as Tong Xie Yao Fang treatment group,and to scored before and after the treatment of Tong Xie Yao Fang according to symptom class and quantization standard.2. 30 healthy subjects were set up as normal control group.3.To get recto-sigmoid juncture mucous membrane of Tong Xie Yao Fang treatment group at prior-treatment and post-treatment and normal control group through colonoscope,applied Envision of immunohistochemistry staining method to determin the VIP and SP level.Results:1.The VIP and SP level in Tong Xie Yao Fang treatment group post-treatment were significant lower than that in treatment group prior-treatment(P＜0.01).2.There was positive correlation betwween D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient' s main symptom(like stomachache,abdominal discomfort,diarrhea,and so on) integration or symptom integration together and the VIP or SP level.3.Tong Xie Yao Fang treatment group prior-treatment's cardinal symptom integration and symptom integration together were significant lower than post-treatment's(P＜0.01).4.The healing rate excellence rate of aditional Tong Xie Yao Fang cured D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient is 63.33%,and the total effective rate is 76.67%.Conclusions:1.The VIP and SP level of D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient's recto-sigmoid juncture mucous membrane were obviously higher than health adult.2. The VIP and SP level in Tong Xie Yao Fang treatment group post-treatment were significant lower than that in treatment group prior-treatment,showing that restraining The VIP and SP's normal secretion is one of the possible mechanism of action of Tong Xie Yao Fang curing D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient.3.There was positive correlation betwween D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient' s main symptom integration or symptom integration together and the VIP or SP level,showing that the VIP and SP level of recto-sigmoid juncture mucous membrane in D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient maybe a reference index of reflecting pathogenetic condition.4.Using Tong Xie Yao Fang to cure D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient was proved to have reliable therapeutic effect.
