Objectives This topic was about how to explore the building with ability as the standard,and skills as the core of nursing professional basic medical courses teaching system.Then it highlighted the basic knowledge and clinical nursing link and combined the relevant knowledge,emphasized to cultivate students of nursing clinical thinking,built the comprehensive medical nursing professional curriculum,and explored effective teaching evaluation method.Methods According to the characteristics of nursing profession,the course of basic medicine was optimized and combined according to the "organ system as the main line",which formed the teaching material of integrated medical foundation course.To level 2015 in guangxi medical university nursing college of higher vocational "2 + 3" the two classes of a total of 199 students and teachers were chosed as the research object,one class(100)as the educational reform class,class 2(99)as a regular class.The educational reform class adopted the comprehensive medical foundation course teaching material of nursing profession,and the regular class still used the traditional basic medicine sub-course teaching material.The both classes used quantitative research and qualitative research methods to evaluate the effect.Quantitative analysis method: according to the theory of multiple intelligences,through questionnaire survey and performance to evaluate the students' ability of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,knowledge,clinical practice ability dimensions,and to find whether the students' learning effect and nursing clinical thinking ability are different.Qualitative analysis method: based on the literature analysis,the implementation and reform results of the integrated teaching mode of medical basic courses at home and abroad are understood.Then,the interview method was used to conduct interviews with 12 teachers and 24 students in basic medical integration courses and nursing majors,and evaluated the integration effect of the school curriculum,to further explore the students' understanding and understanding of knowledge and nursing clinical thinking ability.So that we could sum up the measures and characteristics of the integrated reform of medical basic courses in nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges.Results Quantitative analysis results: 1.Before the course reform and teaching,(1)the results of the assessment scale for the self-learning ability of nursing students: the average grade of the teaching reform class was 99.34± 9.73,and the average class was divided into 99.88±9.82,and P=0.85 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The average grade of teaching reform in the clinical thinking ability assessment scale of medical students was 64.83±13.58,and the average class was divided into 66.80±10.51,P =0.254 > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.There is no difference between teaching reform class and ordinary class students' learning motivation and clinical thinking ability;(3)The average score of the teaching reform class was 72.65±9.19,and the average score of the average class was 69.99±8.40.Basic nursing: the average score of the reform class was 72.75±9.42,and the average score of the average class was 68.94±10.98.Introduction to nursing: the average score of the reform class was 70.18±11.36,and the average score of the average class was 65.17±13.62.The difference between the two classes of the three courses was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the scores of health assessment and surgical nursing(P> 0.05).(4)The average score of the teaching reform class was 67.46±16.84,the average score of the average class was 60.04 ±16.02,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Evaluation scale of clinical thinking ability of medical students: the average score of the teaching reform class was 70.70±11.57,the average score of the average class was 66.66±11.84,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Qualitative analysis results: the curriculum integration and teacher evaluation can be summarized into four topics: the importance of learning basic medical knowledge;Recognition of the integration effect of basic medical courses;To recognize the teaching methods of teachers;Feel the pressure on the discussion sections.The integration of curriculum and teacher's evaluation can be summarized into three topics: the importance of learning basic medical knowledge;Students have poor learning effect and high learning pressure;It is believed that the teaching method and classroom atmosphere directly influence the teaching effect.The interview results of the teachers can be summarized as two themes: the students in the teaching reform class have a good initiative in learning;The students in the reform class learn better.Conclusion Basic medical course integration of the reform practice of teaching method will help students understand and grasp of basic medical knowledge and the cultivation of nursing clinical thinking ability,help to improve teachers' teaching effect and satisfaction.Teachers in the teaching based on nursing clinical thinking cultivation,in order to "organ system as the main line" teaching model,centered on students,reflected the concept of modern nursing education,for students to create the space of independent thinking,promote the nursing students clinical thinking ability,to study the methods of cultivating students' nursing clinical thinking laid the basis of the practice of a certain.
