Objectives:Dyslipidemia is the main risk factor of cardiovascular diseases. This study collected several data including the behavior, eating habits and physical data of the local residents in Jianye District,Nanjing.Based on the distribution of blood lipids,we are able to investigate the risk factors which may lead to the dyslipidemia,This study could also provide scientific basis for the local health administration department to take the comprehensive control of blood lipid according to the information of people health condition.Methods:1.Research population:Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was used Briefly,11 neighborhood committees are randomly selected from all streets of the district.10 groups are drawn from each neighborhood committee. In every residential district,108 households are randomly selected according to the cluster system.According to the KISH table method,18 years and above were randomly selected as a sample of 1 residents who lived for more than 6 months.2.Survey method:We performed questionnaire investigation and physical examination on the selected survey samples. The content of the questionnaire covers demographic characteristics, behavioral habits, risk factors for slow diseases and conditions of their own diseases.Body measurements include height, weight, blood pressure, waist circumference, etc.Blood biochemical index detection includes blood glucose,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C.3.Data analysis:Epidata3.0 and SPSS19.0 software were used for data analysis.Data were showed as mean±SD,the blood lipid indexes were compared using t-test,and the comparison of disease incidence was by χ2 test. The relationship between various factors and blood lipid abnormalities was analyzed by single factor and multifactor non-conditional Logistic regression.Differences were considered statistically significant when the two-sided P value was less than 0.05.Results:1.Blood lipid level:the average level of blood lipid TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in this area is(4.86 + 1.01)mmol/L,(1.60 + 1.39)mmol/L,(1.36 + 0.43)mmol/L,(2.89 + 0.80)mmol/L.The overall level of TG was higher than that of women, and the overall level of HDL-C was lower than that of women. There was no significant difference between men and women in the average level of TC and LDL-C.The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in both male and female were positively correlated with age growth.Apart from 55 to 59 years old and over 70 people, the rest of the male TG levels were higher than female among all age groups, the over all level of HDL-C men than women,HDL-C levels differences among all age groups are not obvious, but there was no difference in the total cholesterol TC and LDL-C level.2.Prevalence of dyslipidemia:57.09%of the total population, with 60.77%of males and 53.91%of women, with a higher prevalence rate of males than females. The prevalence rates of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were 34.54%,30.20%,26.38%and 23.94%respectively.Male and female abnormality rates are different, men are mainly high TG,women are mainly high TC,and LDL-C is no different.3.Influencing factors:the analysis show that the main influencing factors for dyslipidemia in the region is the growth of age(OR= 1.014),female gender(OR = 0.901),smoking(OR~1.157),excessive salt intake(OR= 1.218),systolic blood pressure(OR = 1.007),diastolic blood pressure(OR = 1.013),blood sugar(OR = 1.633),central obesity(OR =1.314)and BMI overweight(OR =1.540);Factors influencing the TC abnormality is the growth of age(OR = 1,019),female gender(OR = 1.424),excessive salt intake(OR =1.112,systolic blood pressure(OR = 1.004),diastolic blood pressure(OR = 1.016),blood sugar(OR = 1.364 and BMI overweight(OR = 1.038);Factors influencing the TG abnormality is the female gender(OR = 0.777),smoking(OR = 1.238),systolic blood pressure(OR = 1.008),diastolic blood pressure(OR = 1.012),blood sugar(OR =1.754),central obesity(OR =1.193)and BMI overweight(OR =1.131);Factors influencing the HDL-C abnormality is the female gender(OR = 0.409),alcohol consumption(OR = 0.777),smoking(OR = 1.206),excessive salt intake(OR =1.016),systolic blood pressure(OR = 0.993),blood sugar(OR = 1.451),central obesity(OR = 1.466)and BMI overweight(OR = 1.103);inadequate intake of fruits and vegetables(OR = 0.831)and red meat intake too much(OR = 0.674);Factors influencing the LDL-C abnormality is the growth of age(OR = 1.015),systolic blood pressure(OR 1.008)and BMI overweight(OR = 1.055).Conclusion:The results showed that the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia in Jianye Distict is higher than the average prevalence of Jiangsu Province. Most of the people who were suffering the.dyslipidemia appear hyperlipidemic total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG).Our data indicated that the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia were different in different age groups, gender and the education levels. We also illustrated some influence factors, such as age, sex, smoking, salt intake,Static behavior time, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood sugar levels,BMI,central obesity. Our results showed that it is necessary to carry out sometargeted interventions to reduce the prevalence of dyslipidemia in this region. |
