| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Salvianolic Acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction due to arterial stenosis. Methods:The research object was 25 patients who had stroke onsets within 72 h from the department of neurology in the first hospital of Jilin university from August 2016 to October 2017,including 15 cases of Salvianolic Acid treatment group and 10 cases of control group. The MRI,MRA,DWI,PWI and NIHSS score were checked up in the two groups before treatment and 10 days after treatment, and m RS score was examined three months later. The treatment group combined conventional treatment with Salvianolic Acid 0.13 g soluble in 0.9% sodium chloride injection intravenous drip in 250 ml,1 time/day,drip speed no more than 40 drops/min.The control group had the same conventional treatment. The two groups were treated for 10 days.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Salvianolic Acid by observing the degree of neurological impairment, ischemia penumbra, the blood flow parameters of PWI and cerebral edema.Results:1.Degree of neurological impairment: NIHSS score: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the control group was lower than pretreatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.01).The change of NIHSS score in the treatment group was greater than the control group(P < 0.05).m RS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.IP: before treatment, there was no significant difference in IP volume between the two groups(P > 0.05);after treatment, the change of IP volume in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The changes of IP volume were obvious in both groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was more effective than control group.(35)IPs in both groups were statistically difference(P < 0.05).3.The blood flow parameters of PWI(r MTT,r TTP,r CBV,r CBF): before treatment, there was no significant difference in the four parameters of the lesion in the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment, the four parameters in the treatment group were significantly different from the control group(P < 0.05).The change of the four parameters in the lesion side of the treatment group was greater than that of control group(P < 0.05).Among them, the change of the r TTP was the most obvious(P < 0.01).The changes of the four parameters of the contralateral side were not significantly different(P > 0.05).4.Cerebral edema: the volumes of cerebral edema in both groups were lower than pretreatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in brain edema in the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the volume of cerebral edema before and after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Salvianolic Acid injection can improve neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction.2.Salvianolic Acid injection can improve the blood perfusion of cerebral tissue in ischemic area and may facilitate the reconstruction of collateral circulation. |
