Background:Stroke is one of the three major causes of death in human beings, which is also one of the leading causes of disability in China.Cognitive impairment exists in about 21-67%of Stroke patients, especially within 3 months after stroke, the incidence of which is 50%-75%,and may continue until several years later, affecting patients quality of life seriously.Cognitive impairment not only influences the patients’social adaptation ability, but also affects their comprehensive rehabilitation.Cognitive function assessment in the early phage helps nursing staff to reflect the illness to patients and their families more comprehensive and accurately, guide the rehabilitation, judge the curative effect and predict prognosis.Along with the everlasting development in medical technology, the medical staff,or even the caregivers have gradually realized that quality of life after stroke should not only focus on motor function rehabilitation, great importance also should be attached to the recovery of absence of non physical function.Currently, the cognitive rehabilitation researchers have explored methods to improve the patient’s cognitive function effectively, and the cognitive rehabilitation research has always been the focus of modern rehabilitation medicine research.Apart from conventional rehabilitation training and assignments, cognitive rehabilitation also involves corresponding cognitive rehabilitation plans according to various cognitive domains, especially specific rehabilitation training for cognitive domains such as memory, attention, reading, understanding, and language communication, which can significantly improve the subjects’ cognitive function.Additionally, formulating reasonable scientific effective and personalized home rehabilitation training model can be helpful in patients’physical function and cognitive function impairment, and will help to ease patients’ and caregivers’ lowering quality of life and current situation of medical cost burden. Objective:Through administrating rehabilitation training on patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke, our research aimed at knowing the complete status of patients’ rehabilitation training and evaluating patients’ memory improvement comprehensively to explore the influence of systemic rehabilitation nursing on patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods:Patients with vascular cognitive impairment who were hospitalized in Neurology Department in Zhongda Hospital from January to October in 2016 were evaluated in this study.Rehabilitation training should be performed as early as possible. In addition to the regular exercise training, memory training was also administrated.Rehabilitation exercise and personalized memory training were invented in our study. In addition, caregivers were guided to urge patients continuing rehabilitation training and recording training diary after discharge.Qualified research objects ware randomly divided into control group and intervention group. In intervention group, systemic rehabilitation nursing team intervened to guide systemic rehabilitation training and memory training in the early phage,as well as conducting regular follow-ups and urge the objects fulfilling memory exercise. After training for six months, cognitive function and memory ability of patients were evaluated again. Results:After six months of intervention,Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),logical memory test(information),auditory words learning test(AVLT)and Rey complex figure test(CFT)scores were all improved than that before intervention, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),logical memory test(information),auditory words learning test(AVLT)and Rey complex graphics test(CFT is)scores of intervention group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),which indicated the patients’memory function had been significantly improved.Conclusions:1.The memory training plays an important role in this study, repeated memory training in patients with mild cognitive function after stroke yielded significant results.2.The systemic rehabilitation nursing is helpful for patients to improve cognitive function.Significant rehabilitation effects were gained by patients in our study, which is acknowledged by patients and their families and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
