The Study Of The Quality Of Life In Elderly With Hypertension And Some Influence Factors

Objective To study the quality of life of some elderly with hypertension and analyzed partial influence factors.Methods Questionnaires were given to the 399 elderly with hypertension who were admitted in Hangzhou Normal University between May 2016 to December 2016.The subjects were investigated by questionnaire,including the basic condition of patients?clinical features on chronic diseases and SF-36 Scale.Descriptive analysis,T test,signed-rank test as well as One-Way ANOVA were used for statistical analysis.Results 1.Patients were divided into three groups according to their results of the SF-36 Scale: high-quality of life group(189 patients),midlle-quality of life group(210 patients)and low-quality of life group(0 patient).All the datas were presented as `x±s: Mental Component Summary: 71.1±18.4,Physical Component Summary: 63.8±21.1,Mental Health: 78.8±14.2,Bodily Pain: 76.7±22.1,Role-Emotional: 75.4±32.8,Physical Functioning: 73.5±24.1,Social Functioning: 68.0±26.3,Vitality: 62.2±18.6,Role-Physical 54.2±39.3,General Health 50.8±25.7.2.One-Way ANOVA suggested the quality of elderly hypertension life had a correlation with age,sex,patients whether have a spouce,exercise,body mass index,morning blood pressure,medication type,and combination of chronic disease,respectively.Conclusion 1.The quality of all the patients' life was at a moderate level.2.We should pay more attention to female,elderly who were older than 80 years old,no spouce,lack of exercising,low BMI,three or more chronic diseases and early morning hypertension,polypharmacy.
