| Objective: Based on literature research and the methods of data mining,applying auxiliary platform V2.5 system for data mining,analyse and discuss vitiligo clinical medication such as the compatible regularity.Finally,provide references for clinical medication.Methods: Looked through the literature of the treatment of vitiligo published on the Chinese knowledge network(CNKI)and Wanfang medical network database from January 1996 to January 2017,entered the advanced retrieval interface of the above database and input the search term "vitiligo" or "baibofeng",chose ‘title’ as the retrieval item,and ‘fuzzy’ as the matching method and ‘time’ as the sorting method.The remaining selections were default.Based on the selection criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,retrieved literature was further retrieved.Data of the prescription which was in accordance with this study was entered into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5 and a database was set up.Simultaneously,the software function of group analysis,association rules analysis and entropy clustering analysis of complex system were used to analyse and data mining the compatible principles of medication in vitiligo relevant literature.Results: A total of 247 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system V2.5 to analyse the conforming 310 treatment of vitiligo.The total frequency of the 274 traditional Chinese medicine was 3810 times,and 61 medicines had a average frequency larger than 10 and a total frequency of 3227,accounting for 84.70% of the total frequency of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine);23 medicines had a average frequency larger than 50 and a total frequency of 2371,accounting for 62.23% of the total frequency of TCM;10 medicines had a average frequency larger than 100 and a total frequency of 1402,accounting for 36.80% of the total frequency of TCM.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicines sorted by the frequency were angelica,bulipide,tribulus tribulus,polygonum,safflower,chuanxiong,astragalus,angelica dahurica,licorice root and salvia miltiorrhiza.In the treatment of vitiligo,warm drugs were often used,cold and flat drugs were less.The main flavour of medicine was sweetness,bitterness and spiciness;the meridian distribution were mainly liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.According to the category of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 10 medicines with frequency form high to low were tonifying medicial,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,exterior-releasing medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,liver-pacifying windextinguishing medicinal,wind-damp-dispelling medicinal,Qi-regulaing medicinal,dampdraining diuretic,astringent medicinal,damp-resolving medicinal.By using association rules analysis,when the support number was set to 62,77 and 93 and confidence was set to 0.8,54,24,8 combinations which included 15,9,6 medicines were obtained.By using the complex system entropy clustering analysis,when the correlation degree was set to ‘8’ and the correlation degree of punishment set to ‘2’,a total of 104 pairs along with 25 core drug combinations which included 3 to 5 medicines on average,and 25 possible new prescriptions with the correlation coefficient above 0.01 were found in the treatment of vitiligo.Conclusion: Through the analysis and data mining of the prescription of the prescription for vitiligo,the primary treatment for vitiligo is mainly to fill in the tonifying medicial,bloodactivating and stasis-resolving medicinal,exterior-releasing medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,so as to get the treatment principle of nourishing liver and kidney,activating blood circulation to remove stasis and removing wind and dredging collaterals.Using data mining technology,sorting out the law of vitiligo,selecting the effective core drugs and drug pairs,producing new prescription,can provide new treatment ideas for modern medical treatment of vitiligo and improve the clinical efficacy. |
