Research Progress In Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cell Transplantation In Patients With Alcoholic Liver Cirrhosis

Alcoholic liver cirrhosis(ALC)is caused by excessive drinking for a long time and a common benign end-stage of alcoholic liver disease shorting clinical effective treatment measures.Liver transplantation is the optimal treatment choice,but with the limitation of donor liver source,complications and high-cost.In this background,bone marrow stem cell(BMSC)transplantation to cure liver cirrhosis has become one of the hot spot of research at home and abroad,which has been confirmed that it has a certain clinical effect.In this paper,the research status of BMSC transplantation for the treatment of ALC is reviewed to explain that BMSC transplantation has a broad prospect in the treatment of ALC.
