| Objective: Infertility is a special defect of reproductive health,patients facing pressure from the physiology,psychology and society.In China,under the influence of traditional concept,infertility causes more severe psychological stress on women,such as depression and anxiety.The objective of this study is to explore the related factors of depression and anxiety in female patients with infertility.Methods: From December 2016 to June 2017,a total of 205 female patients who visited the gynecological clinic in our hospital were selected as the research object(infertility group),they were assessed with self-designed scale,Fertility Problem Inventory(FPI),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).At the same time,190 healthy female who visited physical examination center of Qingdao Sanatorium were selected as control group,they were assessed with self-designed scale,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Calculate the questionnaire scores and establish the database.We used SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the data,describe and compare the depression and anxiety condition of infertility group and control group.In infertility group,the patients were grouped according to occupation and so on,the scores of SDS and SAS were compared in each group.The correlation analysis was performed on the counting data including age,BMI index,scores of FPI and so on.Spearman was used for correlation analysis of grade data including the level of education and the income of family.Results:(1)The scores of SDS and SAS in infertility group and control group: There were 48 patients with depressive symptoms in infertility group(Detection rate :23.41%),and the average score of SDS were 48.36± 9.39.In control group,27 patients with depressive symptoms were detected(Detection rate :14.21%),and the average score of SDS were 39.09± 7.11.In infertility group,29 patients with anxiety symptoms were detected(Detection rate :14.15%),and the average score of SAS were 45.16± 9.73,while the control group had 11 patients with anxiety symptoms(Detection rate :5.79%),and the average score of SAS were 34.18± 7.33.The detection rates of depression and anxiety in infertility group were significantly higher than those in control group(t=5.43,7.57,P=0.020,0.005).The scores of SDS and SAS in infertility group were all significantly higher than those in control group(t=2.92,3.34,P=0.006,0.002).(2)The comparison results after grouping were shown as follow: In infertility group,the scores of SDS in the patients of countryside were significantly higher than those in the patients of city(P<0.05)and the scores of SDS in the patients living with parents significantly higher than those in patients living only without parents(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of SDS or SAS among the infertile women grouped according to occupation and infertility type.(3)Correlation analysis results : In infertility group,the scores of SDS were positively related to BMI index,all factors and total scores of FPI(P<0.05),and negatively related to level of education,income of family(P<0.05).In infertility group,the score of SAS were positively related to all factors and total scores of FPI(P<0.05),and negatively related to income of family(P<0.05).Conclusion: It’s serious for depression and anxiety in the female patients with infertility,Family origin,family structure,BMI index,level of education,family income and the pressure on female to reproduce are the factors that affect the depression and anxiety of infertile women.In the clinic,while treating female patients with infertility,we should focus on their psychological factors.Following the biological-psychology-social medical model,we should improve the patient’s mental state,so as to improve the treatment of infertility effectively. |
