Based On Data Mining To Analyze The Clinical Efficacy For The Treatment Of Lung And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Chronic Pharyngitis By Xuan Mai Liyan Mixture Combined With Press Needles

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance oftraditional Chinese medicine XuanmaiLiyan Mixture orally and XuanmaiLiyan Mixture by press needle treatment of two waysof Yin-deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitis.Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this decoction inYin-deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitisafter the study,and hope toprovide some useful references or clinical basis for the treatment.Methods:The 60 cases in Yin-deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pharyngitis treated in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Sichuan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)from september 2017 to january 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admitted order,with 60 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group.The two groups were treated with XuanmaiLiyan Mixture orally,while patients in treatment group were given XuanmaiLiyan Mixture orally combined with press needle treatment,two groups were treated for 4 weeks.During clinical trails,respectively observed two groups of patients 1 week,2weeks,4weeks after the treatment on the symptoms and signs,observe tow groups of clinical efficacy and effects on TCM symptom.All the index data was analysis and evaluate.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in the gender,age and course of disease(P >0.05),comparable.2.Two groups of patients the symptom scorein with improving the throat,throat burning,pharyngeal mucosa of chronic pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia,drying had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05);two groups of patients the symptom scoreinhad significant difference(P < 0.05)after treatment during1 weeks,2weeks,4week;the treatment of each index before and after treatment and between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3..Two groups of patients the total effective rate was 82.76%,72.41%。Two groups were tested by nonparametric rank statistics a Z test,Z=-2.443,P=0.015 <0.05,comparable in the two groups.The results showed that the two groups could relief thesymptom scorein,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The results suggest that the Xuanmaipharynx preparation oral with press needls has definite therapeutic effect on Yin-deficiency and blood stasis type chronic pharyngitis,is worthy of further promotion.2.There were no obvious adverse event in observed in either group during therapy with treatment of Xuanmaipharynx preparation oral with press needls,it is safe.
