Objective:This article aims to evaluate the efficacy of Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection in the treatment of AIS with diabetes mellitus(DM)and impaired fasting glucose regulation(IFG)and its impact on NIHSS score and cognitive function,and to explore its possible mechanism.Method:162 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with DM or IFG were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with uricoline on the basis of the control group.NIHSS scores of the two groups were evaluated on the day of admission and 10 days,30 days,and 90 days after treatment.MoCA scores were evaluated 10 days,30 days,and 90 days after treatment.Results:1.The NHISS scores of the two groups at the 10d,30d,and 90d after treatment were all decreased compared with the baseline(on admission).After10d of treatment,the NIHSS scores in the experimental group decreased more significantly,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.0001,P<0.05);The decline in scores on 30 days in the test group was more significant than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P=0.6542,P>0.05)Compared with baseline,there was no statistical difference between the two groups at 90d(P=0.4227,P>0.05);2.The MoCA scores increased in both groups on 30d,90d compared with baseline(10 days after treatment),and the increase of MoCA in the experimental group was more obvious,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P30d=0.6590,P>0.05;P90d=0.6215,P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Urinary Kallidinogenase for Injection combined with conventional therapy for ischemic stroke patients with abnormal glucose metabolism can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficits during the acute phase,and is worthy of clinical application.2.Urinary Kallidinogenase has a certain curative effect on improving cognitive function,but there is no statistically significant difference compared with the control group.
