| Objective:To investigate the changes of the vaginal microecology after treatment of simple vulvovaginal candidiasis with honghefujie lotion Methods:287case of patients with Simple Vulvovaginal Candida(VVC)were enrolled in the Qingdao Women and Children Hospital and the gynecological clinic of the No.401 Hospital of Qingdao People’s Liberation Army from January 2015 to August 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Clear water to clean the vulva combined with Clotrimazole suppository,and the research group was treated with honghefujie lotion Cleaning the vulva and vaginal irrigation.The Honghefujiexiye lotion was diluted 1:10.Every night before bedtime,the vulva was rinsed for 3 times.Lasts7 days.The vagina was filled with Clotrimazole suppositories for 7 days.Visits to clinics after1 week,1 month,2 months,and 3 months after stopping treatment.Compared the changes in clinical symptoms,signs,and vaginal microecology of the two groups before and after treatment.The effect of two drugs on the vaginal microecology after treatment of simple VVC was compared.Results:1 、 The research group’s symptom relief time was 1.22±0.89 days,and the control group’s symptom relief time was 2.56+1.13.The research group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group received 59%cure rate,significant efficiency of 20.8%,effective rate of 17.4%,ineffective rate of 2.7%,and total effective rate of 97.3%.The control group had a cure rate of 58.7%,significant efficiency of 20.3%,effective rate of 16.8%,and inefficiency of 4.2.%,The total effective rate was 95.8%;the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).2、The pre-treatment pruritus symptom score was 2.03±0.17 in the study group and1.98±0.032 in the control group.The study group had 1.87±0.32 in the vulva edema score before treatment and 1.79±0.40 in the control group.The leucorrhea abnormality score in the study group was 1.90± 0.25,the control group was 2.10±0.29.There was no significant difference in the symptoms of the three groups before treatment.One week after treatment,the pruritus score was 0.56±0.12 in the study group and 0.83±0.23 in the control group.The vulva edema score was 0.64±0.21,the control group was 0.91±0.17,the leucorrhea abnormality score was 0.47±0.23,and the control group was 0.76±0.19.The above symptoms of the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the score was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).3 、 pH value of research group before treatment was 4.26±0.62,while pH value of control group before treatment was 3.96±0.75.There was no significant difference in the vaginal PH value between the two groups.pH value of research group after treatment was3.99±0.77,and PH value of control group after treatment was 4.05±0.61.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The vaginal pH values of the study group were 3.89±0.67,3.82±0.61,and 3.81±0.57 at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment;4.11±0.64,4.25±0.69,and 4.38±0.81 in the control group,respectively.The study group was significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4、There was no significant difference between the two groups’ lactobacillus in patients’ vaginal secretion before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment for 1 week,1 month,2 months,and 3 months,the study groups were 2.9±0.81,3.1±0.63,3.3±0.68,and 3.5±0.41,respectively;the control groups were 2.83±0.67,2.83±0.67,3.1±0.44 and 3.2±0.44,respectively.The study group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5、There was no significant difference between the two groups’ mold in patients’ vaginal secretion before treatment,The positive rate of mold in the study group was 2.78% in one week after treatment and 4.20% in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).After treatment,the relapse rates at one,two,and three months were2.1%,3.47%,and 4.9%,respectively.The total recurrence rate was 10.40% at 3 months,and6.99%、9.79%、12.59% in the control group.the total recurrence rate was 29.37%,the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)6、The leukocyte esterase in the vaginal secretions before treatment was 1.80±0.54 in the study group and 1.72±0.61 in the control group;there was no significant difference(P >0.05).The positive rate of leukocyte esterase in the study group was 1.3±0.41,1.2±0.33,1.1±0.40,and 0.9±0.51,respectively,in the four reexaminations after treatment.The control group was 1.69±0.52,1.74±0.60,1.8±0.56,and 1.79±0.62.The study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Honghefujie lotion and clotrimazole suppositories are effective in the treatment of simple VVC.2、Honghefujie lotion Improves the clinical symptoms of simple VVC3、Honghefujie lotion has a rapid clinical symptom remission and a low recurrence rate in patients with isolated VVC.4、The treatment of simple VVC with Honghefujie lotion can better protect the quantity of Lactobacillus in the vagina and avoid damage to the vaginal microecological balance.It can be beneficial to vaginal management in the long run and is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice. |
