To Observe The Safety And Efficacy Of The Dabiagate Combined With Shensong Yangxin Capsule For Patients With Atrial Fibrillation

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Dabigatran combined with Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(non valvular atrial fibrillation)Method : 116 elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(non valvular atrial fibrillation)admitted to Weihai municipal hospital from January 2014 to January2016 were randomly divided into control group Warfarin and Study Group(Dabigatran+Shensongyangxin capsule 4 capsules,3 times/day),The study group was divided into two subgroups,(dabigatran plus 110 mg,2 times/day and low-dose group 75 mg,2 times /day).12 months later,we observed the incidence of total thromboembolic events,the incidence of different degrees of hemorrhage,the duration,frequency,ejection fraction,left atrial diameter,mean hs-CRP,APTT,and adverse events of AF in each group.Results: The control group overall thromboembolism incidence rate was 3.45 %,the study group of normal dose of dabigatran group overall thrombosis incidence was 3.57 %,the low dose of dabigatran group the incidence of thrombosis was 6.67 %,with no significant difference between three groups(P > 0.05);the study group of atrial fibrillation duration,seizure frequency,average heart rate and hs-CRP levels were significantly decreased compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group the total bleeding rate is higher than the study group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);normal the dose of dabigatran group of minor bleeding occurred in 17.86 %,low dose group of minor bleeding occurred in17.86%,two sub groups of minor bleeding events were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Dabigatran combined with Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(NVAF)patients,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.Normal dose,low dose of dabigatran group to prevent thromboembolic events effectively similar with Warfarin,did not increase the incidence of bleeding events and non blood bad the event.The incidence of mild bleeding and total bleeding in low dose dabigatran group is low.
