Clinical Research On Yangxueyufengxunxifang Treat Squamous Hyperplasia Of Vulvar (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Through clinical trials research to explore the clinical curative effect and security of Yangxueyufengxunxifang treatment on Vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome),to provide reliable clinical basis for promoting application of Yangxueyufengxunxifang particle and making a hospital preparation.Methods: By randomized,controlled trial method,collected patients that treated at Department of Gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to February 2018,and a total of 90 patients were eligible for inclusion in this study,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,For the treatment group patients,to keep Yangxueyufengxunxifang particles(provided by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacy,bag /9g),one time per night,one bag every time,and according to 1:10 ratio pouring into boiling water,fumigated,washed and soaked vulvae for 30 minutes.The control group was treated with pifukang lotion,20m1 every time,the rest was the same as the treatment group.Both groups were combined with basic therapy:Yangxueyufeng Granules(provided by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacy,bag / 9g),orally,three times per day,and one bag every time;After using the fumigation medicine,we applied the astragalus cream(Chengdu Daily Chemicals General Factory)to the affected area and gently massage until red and hot.Stopped during Menstruation,4 weeks as a course,after 3 course of observations,observed on symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the range of vulva lesions,integral indexes such as the vulva pigment decreased,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Yangxueyufengxunxifang in the treatment of Vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome).Results:(1)The comprehensive curative effect evaluation: The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%,the control group was 71.11%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the comprehensive curative effect of the test group is better than that of control group,that is Yangxueyufengxunxifang can do better than pifukang lotion.(2)the scope of vulvar lesion grading analysis: Only patients in the treatment group at the 8,12 weeks had a statistical significance(P<0.05),the test group vulvar lesion improved better than that of control group,at the same time,it shows that in terms of reduced scope of vulvar skin need course is longer than the other.(3)the vulvar skin pigment loss integral analysis: There was significant difference between the two groups after the 12 th week of treatment(P<0.05),indicating statistically significant improvement in efficacy of the experimental group after 12 weeks.(4)The results show that the drugs in both the experimental group and the control group were safe and reliable.Conclusions:(1)Yangxueyufengxunxifang treatment of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)clinical efficacy significantly,can significantly improve patients with vulva itch and other related symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,vulva local disfiguring skin to return to normal.(2)The clinical application of the Yangxueyufengxunxifang was effective and safe,and no adverse reaction was found,it was suitable for clinical popularization.
