Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Ovulatory Infertility With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Syndrome By Nourishing The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation

Purpose: By collecting clinical data of 60 patients with ovulation dysfunction infertility,analyzing the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine before and after the medical treatment,pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,and through self-contrast,drawing conclusions from the actual effect of treating the disease,it is a clinical treatment Provide experimental data and clinical experience for ovulation dysfunction infertility due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.Material and method: By analyzing the tutor’s dialectics and prescriptions for 60 patients with ovulation dysfunction infertility,the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease were analyzed,and the patient’s hormone level,ovulation status,dominant follicle diameter,and endometrial thickness of the endometrium were used as observation indicators,combined with clinical pregnancy Circumstances and the improvement of TCM symptoms,and judge the effect of prescriptions.Count the data of patients before and after treatment,apply statistical principles to process the data,compare the statistical differences of each group of data,judge the effect of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine,summarize the data results and draw conclusions,as the clinical experience of treating this disease.Results:In the treatment of 60 patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction due to kidney deficiency and liver depression,the clinical total effective rate was 85.0%,the ovulation rate was 53.3%,and the pregnancy rate was 23.3%.The TCM syndrome score was13.82±3.19 before treatment,5.87±3.92 after treatment,(P<0.01),the effective rate was83.3%;the diameter of the dominant follicle increased from 11.06±3.69 mm to 16.00±3.50mm;the endometrium during ovulation After treatment,the thickness increased from7.38±1.28 mm to 8.13±1.15 mm,which was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Among the 35 patients with reduced ovarian reserve and premature ovarian failure,the levels of FSH and LH after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).FSH decreased from 19.05±11.92IU/L before treatment to 11.78±7.82IU/L,and LH decreased from 14.52±10.84IU/L before treatment.decreased to 10.57±6.14IU/L,while the E2 level was 48.96±15.35pg/m L after treatment,slightly lower than49.28±15.46pg/m L before treatment,but there was no significant difference(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation can effectively treat the infertility caused by ovulation dysfunction due to the syndrome of kidney deficiency and stagnation of the liver.2.Bushen Tiaojing Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,promote the growth of dominant follicles,and thicken the endometrium during ovulation.3.For patients with reduced ovarian function and premature ovarian failure,Bushen Tiaojing Decoction can reduce their FSH and LH levels and improve ovarian function.4.For patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction caused by kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,Bushen Tiaojing Decoction is an effective and worthy of promotion.
