Clinical Study Of Zhuangjingtang On Sperm Motility Of Asthenospermia Patient With Syndrome Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Based On The Theory Of Yang Transforming Qi

Objectives: To observe the clinical effect of Zhuangjing Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute nephrotic syndrome and the improvement of TCM syndrome score,to explore the guidance significance of traditional Chinese medicine "yang qi,Yin forming" in the "yang qi" theory in the treatment of weak sperm disease.Method: We collected patients with weak sperm from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine University from January 2016 to December 2016.A randomized,controlled trial was included in 72 patients with hypodermic spermatozoa who were randomized to the experimental group(Zhuangjing Decoction group)and the control group(Wuzi Yanzong pills group).After 12 weeks of treatment,the patients of two groups were observed routine semen(sperm forward movement percentage,activity rate),Chinese medicine symptoms score changes.All the results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software,and the difference was statistically significant with P <0.05.Results: 1.The average PR of the test group before test was 16.84 ± 7.44% and after test was 26.77 ± 10.68%.The average PR before test was 16.44 ± 9.07% in the control group and 21.35 ± 8.68% after test(in the two groups Before and after the test group were all P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the two groups after the comparison t = 2.26,P = 0.03 <0.05,the difference was statistically significant).2.Before the test in the trial test the mean PR + NP = 31.15 ± 1.05%,after the test,the average PR + NP = 34 ± 16.64%;in the control group before the test,the average PR + NP = 31.15 ± 9.45,after the test the average PR + NP = 36.23 ± 8.34(There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after the two groups(P <0.05).The difference between the two groups was t = 1.83,P = 0.07> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant).3.The score of traditional Chinese medicine in the experimental group was 14.53 ± 2.40 before the test,5.21 ± 2.95 after the test;that of the control group was 14.81 ± 2.16 before the test,7.66 ± 3.48 after the test(P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant between two groups;after the test between the two groupst =-3.09,P = 0.003 <0.05,the difference was statistically significant).Test group using drug treatment,cured 3 cases,markedly effective in 16 cases,improved in 11 cases,and no effects in 4 cases,the total effective rate was 88.23%.The control group after the use of drug treatment,cured 1 case,markedly effective in 7 cases,improved in 13 cases,and no effects in 11 cases,the total effective rate was of 65.62%.Conclusion: Compared with Wuzi Yanzong Pill,Zhuangjing Deco has obvious advantages in improving sperm quality and TCM symptoms.
