| Purpose: Observe kidney yan jing decoction of weak sperm disease clinical curative effect,discusses the sperm and seminal plasma zinc concentration levels For traditional Chinese medicine treatment of kidney deficiency type weak sperm disease patients to provide more safe and effective treatment.Methods: Study male cases from the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of Chinese medicine clinic to select standard 68 cases patients with kidney deficiency type weak sperm,will be randomly selected by the cases of 68 cases of kidney deficiency type weak sperm divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 34 cases of treatment group and control group were given combined l-carnitine oral liquid and kidney yan jing soup abital yan zong pill combined l-carnitine oral liquid treatment,two groups are in 12 weeks,for a course,a total of one period of treatment after 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,respectively,to review semen routine and seminal plasma biochemical,measure and record the sperm vitality Seminal plasma zinc concentration of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores relevant data such as volume change,finally to statistical analysis of the data obtained,determine the clinical curative effect,thus come to the conclusion.Results:This clinical study of selected cases in treatment group and control group of 34 cases respectively,among them in 2 cases of treatment group for their lost to follow-up,or failed to timely follow-up visit,32 cases of the patients completed the clinical research,including the control group in 3 cases for their lost to follow-up,or failed to timely follow-up,31 cases of the patients completed the clinical study has two groups of clinical treatment after a course of sperm and seminal plasma zinc concentration levels of change and kidney deficiency of TCM clinical syndrome score were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in all patients during medication temporarily,there was no obvious adverse reaction,such as liver kidney blood routine electrocardiogram(ecg)before and after treatment results comparison,the difference is not statistically significant Level and sperm motility Seminal plasma zinc concentration level changes and the improvement of kidney deficiency syndrome oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: Kidney yan jing soup is weak sperm disease in clinical treatment of kidney empty type one of the effective prescription,can make the sufferer weak sperm sperm and seminal plasma zinc concentration level is obviously improved and the kidney deficiency of TCM clinical syndrome have better improvement,has good clinical curative effect. |
