| ObjectiveThrough the analysis of the survey data and the results of clinical studie,discussion the susceptible constitution,the distribution of TCM syndrome and the influencing factors of PCOS with hyperandrogenism or accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients.At the same time,analyze it with contrastive methods.To provide reference and basis for the clinical treatment of PCOS.MethodGather the information of 120 PCOS patients that come to see doctors of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in 2014 Decembe-r to 2015 November(including 60 PCOS patients with hyperandrogenism and 60 PCOS with Hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patient-s).Fill in the general situation questionnaire,Chinese medicine syndrome questi-onnaire and survey scale of TCM constitution table created by Professor QiWang.Analyze the general condition,TCM syndrome and TCM constitution.Analyze the two groups of patient data with SPSS21.0.Results(1)The frequency of 9 types of TCM constitution on 60 PCOS patients with hyperandrogenism is as follows:Normal constitution(26.66%)>Damp heat constitution(25.00%)>Qi Stagnation constitution(21.67%)> Yang deficiency constitution(11.67%)> phlegm dampness constitution(5.00%)> Yin deficiency constitution(3.33%)= Qi deficiency constitution(3.33%)> Blood stasis constitution(1.67%)= Special constitution(1.67%).The frequency of 9 types of TCM constitution on 60 PCOS patients with hyperandr-ogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia is as follows: Normal constitute-on(26.67%)> phlegm dampness constitution(25.00%)> Yang deficiency constitution(13.33%)>Yin deficiency constitution(10.00%)=Qi Stagnation constitution(10.00%)>Damp heat constitution(8.34%)>Blood stasis constit-ution(3.33%)> Qi deficiency constitution(1.67%)= Special constitution(1.67%).(2)60 PCOS with hyperandrogenism patients with four kinds of TCM syndromes in the liver with more evidence(27 caese,45.00%),60 PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients with spleen phlegm syndrome more common(35 caese,58.33%).(3)60 PCOS with hyperandrogenism patients of overweight(BMI≥23)have 26 caese(43.33%),60 PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients of overweight have 48 caese(80.00%).(4)The distributed of LH/FSH with 60 PCOS patients that with accompany with hyperandrogenism is 2≤LH/FSH<3 have 19 cases(31.67%)and the LH/FSH≥3 have 28 cases(46.67%),60 PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients,the ratio of LH/FSH is 2≤LH/FSH<3 have 30 cases(50.00%))and the LH/FSH≥3 have 7 cases(11.67%)。(5)60 PCOS patients with hyperandrogenism patients and 60 PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients with different TCM constitution and TCM syndrome show statistically significant with the different course of disease,different BMI,different ratio of LH/FSH(P<0.05).However,there show no statistically significant with the different age and the different menarche age of the two groups.Conclusion(1)PCOS with hyperandrogenism patients appears mostly in the constitution of the normal constitution and the damp heat constitution,PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients appears mostly in the constitution of the normal constitution and the phlegm dampness constitution.(2)The liver qi depression with pathogenic fire syndrome is commonly saw in TCM syndrome of PCOS with hyperandrogenism patients and the spleen deficiency with phlegm dampness syndrome is commonly saw in TCM syndrome of PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients.(3)The increase of BMI of PCOS patients that with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia is more obvious than the PCOS patients that with hyperandrogenism.(4)The ratio of LH/FSH increase of PCOS with hyperandrogenism patients is more obvious than the PCOS with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia patients.(5)There is no immediate correlation between age,menarche age,course of disease with constitution and types of syndrome on TCM of PCOS patients that with hyperandrogenism and that with hyperandrogenism and accompanied by hyperinsulinemia. |
