Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Shufengsanxie Decoction In The Treatment Of Post-infection Cough（The Wind Cough Syndrome）

Objective:Reviewing and summarizing the ancient physicians understanding of cough,and give priority prescription to with jiaweijinfeicao pulvis,shufengsanxie as the main treatment method,and observing of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in patients with post-infectious cough,assessing shufengsanxie method from several aspects of the effectiveness of the treatment of post-infectious cough,Preliminary revealed correlation between the fengxie and the infection after cough,riching evidence for clinical treatment of ideas for post-infectious cough.Methods:Choosing 80 patients with infection after coughing between June 2016 and February 2017 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,Using random principle,conform to the standard of patients divided into 2 groups,40 cases in treatment group and control group.Treatment group to administer jiaweijinfeicao pulvis and the control group obtain ketotifen and Dextromethorphan syrup.Seven days to observe the two groups before and after treatment the change of symptom integral and VAS and LCQ integral,and using SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.research results:1.There was no statistically significant difference index in the experimental group and control group before treatment in age and sex and symptoms.2.After 7 days of treatment compared two groups of curative effect,Results the effective rate was 86.4% in treating group and 76.9% in controlling group,with a significant difference between them,the overall effect of the experimental groups is better than that of the control group.3.Clinical studies have shown that after 7 days of treatment,two groups of cough,coughing up phlegm symptoms integral,pharynx urticant symptom integral,induced cough symptoms integral are statistically significant,But the treatment group total score lower than the control group after treatment.Two groups of visual analogue scale comparison before and after the treatment are statistically significant,but the treatment group visual analogue score significantly lower than the control group after treatment.Two groups of LCQ integral comparison before and after the treatment are statistically significant,but the treatment group after treatment LCQ score significantly higher than the control group.conclusion:Two groups of treatment all can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs,compared with before treatment all had significant difference.Shufengsanxie is the effective method for the treatment of feeling and cough,can improve the patient’s symptoms,delay the progression,prevent illness in delay,enhance the body’s defense function,and reduce the economic burden of patients,and reduce the economic burden of patients,further improve the quality of life of patients,and the relatively stable reagent dosage,have clinical safety,which can be taken as reference to clinical choose the compatibility.
