Objective:To investigate the knowledge of constipation and the importance attached to the knowledge of constipation by clinicians at all levels in taiyuan city;In order to improve the prevention and control of constipation in our city,we should provide the strategy and basis for improving the prevention and control of constipation in our city,and advocate the attention and support of the whole society.Based on the current situation of the study of constipation knowledge of the clinical doctors in our city,the paper explores the mode of intervention in accordance with the actual situation of the knowledge of constipation in our city,for providing perspectives and ideas for health promotion related work in constipation related work or life group;To reveal the status of constipation related knowledge,attitude and behavior of clinical doctors in our city,preliminary evaluation of the status of constipation knowledge in our city,to improve and further improve our city provides the basis for clinical doctor’s knowledge level and the suggestion.Promote the attention and effective treatment of constipation symptom in clinician.Methods:Under the condition of standardized quality control,combining the theory of KAP mode,make investigation and questionnaire,the reliability and validity inspection,the method of stratified convenience sampling is used to investigate the clinical doctors,the contents of the survey included statistics and knowledge of the questionnaire.The results were entered in the Chinese version of excel 2007.More than 10% of the questionnairewas deemed invalid.SPSS21.0 software was used for data consolidation and analysis after the complete rework questionnaire was eliminated.The statistical method is t test and chi-square test.Results:In this survey,1133 questionnaires were distributed and 1092 valid questionnaires were selected.Effective recovery rate 96.4%.Among the respondents,the overall attitude of treatment of constipation was positive,with the positive number accounting for46.8%of the total population,and the non-active diagnosis and treatment of 21.4%.Conclusion:The knowledge of constipation among clinicians in our city is at the lower level,the doctor has a superficial understanding of constipation,age,gender,specialty and other conditions have little influence on the clinical doctors’ constipation KAP scores,the main factors are educational background,years of practice and title.And the clinician did not pay attention to constipation symptom,active learning is poor.Strengthening the knowledge of constipation and continuing education training is essential...
