| Objective: This study aims to model the Qi deficiency of allergic rhinitis rats as the research object,through the study of rats with systemic and nasal local behavior changes and the serum interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-23(IL-23)content and the changes of rat lung tissue pathology and nasal cavity model Mucosal pathological changes to investigate the possible mechanism of Qi Long Granule on treating qi deficiency allergic rhinitis,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of lung qi deficiency of Qi Long granule in allergic rhinitis.Methods: 40 SPF SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly,10 rats in each group(male and female).Namely: blank control group,model group,Qi Long granule group and Xinqin granules group(positive control group).The establishment of qi deficiency allergic rhinitis rat model according to miss liu,modeling after the success of the treatment group were given Qilong granule orally,the positive control group to be Xinqin granule orally,the control group and the model group to volume temperature saline.2 weeks of drug gavage,pathological changes of nasal symptoms and behavior observation of rat model.Under anesthesia,the femoral artery blood serum IL-17 the content of IL-23,the rats were decapitated,remove the lung tissue,nasal mucosa,observe the pathological changes.Results:The model of qi deficiency allergic rhinitis is success,the rats have obvious nose,sneezing,runny nose and lethargy,unresponsiveness,fur shedding,wheezing and other symptoms.The model group compared with blank group,nasal symptoms total score,there are statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Administration of Qi Long granule group and Xinqin granules group systemic and nasal symptoms were alleviated after two weeks,the two groups of rats nasal symptoms cumulative scores were statistically significant difference compared to the model group(P<0.01).The IL-17 and the IL-23 are increased significantly of the model group,compared with blank group had significant difference(P<0.05),compared with the model group of Qi Long granule group and Xinqin granules group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Compared with the Qi Long granule group the Xinqin granules group is no significant difference(P > 0.05)about IL-17..There is no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the Qi Long granule group 、blank control group and the Xinqin granules group 。Conclusion: Qi Long granule can improve Qi deficiency allergic rhinitis rat behavior and inhibit the nasal mucosa inflammatory cell infiltration in lung tissue effectively,It can reduce the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in serum;IL-17,IL-23 participate in the occurrence of allergic rhinitis,and Qi Long granule may play a therapeutic role by regulating the expression of serum IL-17 and IL-23。... |
