Objective:To explore the incidence of cognitive impairment(PSCI)after acute ischemic stroke, and to analyze the related risk factors. Methods:A total of 825 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology,Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2017 to December2017 were selected.According to the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment, cerebral infarction site and TOAST classification, all patients were divided in3 ways: PSCI and non-PSCI 2 groups;temporal lobe, occipital lobe, corpus callosum, parietal lobe, frontal lobe, thalamus, brain stem,The basal ganglia, cerebellum 9 group;large artery atherosclerosis(LAA),cardiogenic embolism type(CE),other clear cause type(OC),unexplained type(UND),small artery occlusion type(SAO)5 groups. The medical records of each group were statistically analyzed to analyze the incidence of PSCI and related influencing factors.Results:1.The overall incidence rate of PSCI was 38.3%;in the different TOAST types, the incidence of PSCI was highest(55.06%)in large artery atherosclerosis(LAA),and the incidence of PSCI was smallest(22.66%)in small artery occlusion(SAO).The incidence of PSCI in temporal lobe cerebral infarction was the highest(77.7%),and the incidence of PSCI in cerebellar infarction was the lowest(28.09%).2.Univariate analysis revealed age,BMI,education, smoking, alcohol consumption, history of heart disease, history of cerebrovascular disease, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),platelet count(PLT),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and cerebral infarction sites. In association with PSCI,Logistic regression analysis revealed that left ventricular, bilateral, frontal, parietal, temporal, occipital, insula, thalamus, corpus callosal, and cerebrovascular disease were risk factors for BMI,smoking, and platelet counts. For protection.Conclusion:1.The incidence of PSCI is higher in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and the incidence of PSCI is different in different infarction sites and TOAST types. The incidence of PSCI in LAA type and temporal lobe infarctions is highest.2.There are many related factors for cognitive impairment after acute ischemic stroke, including left, bilateral, frontal, parietal, temporal, occipital, insula, thalamus, corpus callosum, and cerebrovascular disease.Risk factors,BMI,smoking, and platelet count were protective factors.
