| Scoliosis is becoming a more and more common disease in the present stage.This disease is becoming more common in the general public and professional athletes,and it is more harmful to the health of the body,and it has a tendency to spread from the adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(IS)to other age groups.Especially for the general public,suffering from spinal disease for their work,life has caused great inconvenience,how to treat and prevent the disease of the disease has become a hot issue in the field of sports rehabilitation and medical.For exercise training,the academic community is generally accepted to be used in mild and moderate scoliosis,while severe side bend usually requires surgery.But mild scoliosis in is patients accounted for the vast majority of and did not realize to their suffering from is disease,many patients already know its mild is,but few are willing went to rehabilitation center for treatment system,in order to facilitate the mild patients take effective and convenient treatment,this study intends through the design of self-made spinal exercises,combined with core strength training on 20 subjects to intervention experiment.The research results show that: 1,lumbar flexion test data were significantly higher than the previous test data.On the left side of the lumbar flexion did not appear obvious difference.On the right side of lumbar flexion standard appeared significantly increased,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).After lumbar extension,thoracic flexion and thoracic right rotating three indicators appear different degree of improved,but after the test data and test,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The thoracic left rotation index after the measurement data has been significantly improved(P<0.05);2,lumbar spine Cobb angle index did not appear as a whole significant change(P>0.05),but the Cobb angle of the measured data is lower than the pre test data,lumbar scoliosis appear some improvement,but the improvement is not obvious.Shoulder balance is improved significantly(P < 0.05)and hip balance did not appear significant changes;3,The experimental of shoulder and spinal pain sense has a significant intervention effect;Experiment 3 participants trunk strength,vital capacity and body flexion soft toughness showed different degrees of growth,which except for abdominal external oblique to the left and vital capacity,the rest of the showed increased significantly(P < 0.05).For a period of three months intervention experiment,rehabilitation training of scoliosis disease produced beneficial effects,although Cobb angle decreased significantly,but the overall condition appear signs of improvement.As the intervention time is not long,so it is not long for the follow-up study. |
