| Objective:To understand the quality of life and the level of hope of HIV/AIDS patients in Hunan Province.Analyze factors that affect the quality of life and the level of hope for patients living with HIV/AIDS.As soon as possible intervention measures to improve HIV/AIDS patients quality of life and level of hope,and provide the reference.Methods:According the Statistical Yearbook in 2015 of Hunan Province,the 14 provinces in Hunan Province according to the level of economic development is divided into economically developed areas(Changsha;Zhuzhou;Xiangtan),economically medium developed areas(Yueyang;Changde;Chenzhou;Hengyang;Loudi;Yiyang),under developed areas(Zhang jiajie;Yongzhou;Huaihua;Shaoyang;Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture).We random respectively select one city in economical developed areas,economically medium developed areas,under developed areas,they are Changsha,Hengyang and Shaoyang.The patients in the above cities were randomly selected through the Chinese disease prevention and control center information system as the subjects.The survey was from April 2016 to October 2016.Using basic situation questionnaire,disease-related questionnaire,quality of life scale,level of hope scale,and medical social support scale to investigate study objects.All statistical tests were performed using SPSS 18.0 statistical package analyse.The main statistical methods were statistical description,t-test,Chi-square test,Pearson correlation and Logistic regression analysis.Results:(1)HIV/AIDS patients quality of life present situation and influencing factors.①465 HIV/AIDS patients quality of life score was(71.49±11.36).physiology,psychology,social relations and environment scores were(12.82±2.93),(12.33±2.63),(12.22±2.75),(11.93±2.49).The scores of comprehensive quality of life,physiology,psychology,social relations were lower than the norm,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).②Univariate analysis showed that,there were significant differences in HIV/AIDS patients overall quality of life scores in different age(F=16.522,P=0.000),the location of registered residence(t=-2.077,P=0.038),educational level(F=25.789,P=0.000),marital status(F=5.850,P=0.001),occupation(F=5.560,P=0.000),monthly income(F=24.005,P=0.000),living conditions(F=2.839,P=0.015),smoking habit(t=-2.234,P=0.026),age of diagnosis(F=4.346,P=0.005),CD4+ T lymphocyte count(F=5.278,P=0.005),disease status(t=2.074,P=0.039),route of infection(F=19.320,P=0.000),whether the antiviral drug treatment(t=-2.328,P=0.020),Whether tell others about your illness(t=-2.070,P=0.039).Medical social support and quality of life were positively correlated(r=0.523,P=0.000).③Logistic regression analysis showed that HIV/AIDS patients total scores of quality of life were mainly influenced by monthly income(X8),CD4+ T lymphocyte count(X12),disease status(X14),Medical social support(X18)(P<0.05),and the value of OR were 1.482、1.815、2.808、1.052.Logistic regression equation:LogitP=-6.067+0.393X8+1.032X12+0.596X14+0.051X18.(2)HIV/AIDS patients level of hope present situation and influencing factors①The score of 465 HIV/AIDS patients level of hope was(30.92 ±4.15).②The level of hope univariate analysis showed that,there were significant differences in HIV/AIDS patients level of hope in different age(F=5.334,P=0.001),the location of registered residence(t=-2.757,P=0.006),educational level(F=13.818,P=0.000),marital status(F=6.118,P=0.000),profession(F=3.519,P=0.008),monthly income(F=7.564,P=0.000),CD4 T lymphocyte count(F=26.789,P=0.000),disease status(t=7.260,P=0.000),route of infection(F=4.269,P=0.002).Medical social support is positively correlated with the level of hope(r=0.230,P=0.000).③Logistic regression analysis of HIV/AIDS patients level of hope were mainly influenced by the level of education(X5),disease status(X12),medical social support(X18)(P<0.05),and the value of OR were 1.466,0.333,1.014.Logistic regression equation:LogitP=0.295+0.382X5-1.101 X12+0.014X18。(3)The Pearson correlation of HIV/AIDS patients quality of life and level of hopePearson correlation analysis showed that HIV/AIDS patients quality of life and level of hope were positively correlated(r=0.355,P=0.000).Conclusion:(1)The quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients was low in Hunan.The main factors influencing the quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients were monthly income,CD4+ T lymphocyte count,disease status,Medical social support.(2)The level of hope of HIV/AIDS patients were in moderate in Hunan.Education level,disease status,medical social support were important factor affecting the level of hope for HIV/AIDS patients.(3)Hope of level and quality of life were positively correlated,the higher the level of hope,the better the quality of life. |
