Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With "Jing Kang Gao" Moving Cupping Therapy For The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: by observing the curative effect of acupuncture combined with "Jing kang Gao" moving cupping therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,this study aims at explore a new,proper,safe method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and provide a new treatment plan for clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods: by using the random digital table grouping,60 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy that met the inclusion criteria were divided into30 cases of acupuncture combined with "Jing kang Gao" moving cupping therapy and 30 cases of taking the Jing Fu Kang Granules.The scores of the McGill pain scale and the NPQ neck pain scale were observed before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.And the data were processed and analyzed according to the score results.Result:1.After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.And the effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The differences between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.When we compared the MPQ pain scores with the differences in value,the treatment group MPQ before and after the pain score comparison,we found P<0.01,which means the difference was statistically significant.It can be considered that the treatment group improved the pain scores of MPQ.The MPQ pain scores of the control group before and after treatment were all P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be considered that the control group had improved MPQ pain scores.The differences between the scores of the treatment group and the scores of the control group were all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be considered that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.NPQ neck pain scale score comparison: treatment group and control group before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were comparable before treatment.The difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment was P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be considered that both groups of patientsare effective in treatment.The scores after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and it can be considered that the treatment group has better therapeutic effect than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture combined with "Jing kang Gao" moving cupping therapy and taking the Jing Fu Kang Granules have clinical efficacy for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.Acupuncture combined with "Jing kang Gao" moving cupping therapy have better curative effect than JingfuKang Granules orally alone,which can better relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the pain and discomfort of the neck,relieve pain and improve the life quality of patients.The effect is significant,safe and feasible.
