| 1.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zizheng Dihuang Decoction on acute suppurative tonsillitis,and to discuss the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis by recording the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and the detection of NLRP3 inflammasome and its downstream inflammatory factors.Mechanism.2.Method:2.1 60 patients who were diagnosed as acute suppurative tonsillitis in the otolaryngology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into random groups.The control group was treated with antibiotics.The observation group was treated with Zizheng Dihuang Decoction combined with antibiotics.2.2 The patient’s main symptoms before and after treatment of sore throat,tonsillar congestion,purulent and other symptoms and fever,cough,thirst,irritability,tongue fur,bowel movements and other minor symptoms were scored to observe the clinical efficacy of Zizheng Dihuang Decoction.2.3 Combined with the clinical common infection detection indicators PCT,CRP objective response to the patient’s inflammatory state.2.4 Serum NLRP3 mRNA levels were measured by PCR before and after treatment.The levels of IL-1 β and IL-18 in serum were measured by ELISA.The relationship between NLRP3 and downstream IL-1β,IL-18 and acute suppurative tonsillitis was presumed.,And further determine the treatment mechanism of Zi Zheng Di Huang Tang on the disease.2.5 Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software.3.Results:3.1 After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was96.67%,which was 13.34% higher than that in the control group.The cure rate(23.33%)and markedly effective rate(46.67%)were also significantly higher than the control group(the cure rate was 10%,the significant rate was 33.33%).Show that Zizheng Decoction combined with antibiotics is better than antibiotics alone in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis.3.2 Both groups of patients can significantly improve the main symptoms and minor symptoms of patients after treatment(P <0.05),Zi Zheng Di Huang Decoction combined with antibiotics group on the improvement of symptoms than the control group is more significant(P <0.05).3.3 The two kinds of therapy have significant down-regulation of NLRP3 mRNA,IL-1β,and IL-18 in the serum of the patients(P<0.05),but Zizheng Dihuang Decoction combined with antibiotics can more significantly inhibit the serum NLRP3 mRNA,IL-1β The expression of IL-18(P<0.05).3.4 Both therapies could significantly reduce the serum PCT and CRP levels(P<0.05).However,the down-regulation of PCT and CRP in the group treated with Zizheng Dihuang Tang combined with antibiotics was more significant than that in the antibiotic group(P<0.05).4.Conclusion:4.1 Zizheng Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of sore throat,fever,and cough.It has outstanding curative effect on congestive,swollen and suppurative tonsils,and is obviously superior to antibiotics alone;and Zizheng Decoction can significantly reduce acute purulent tonsils.The content of PCT and CRP in the serum of inflammatory patients proved that Zizheng Dihuang Decoction has a good control effect on inflammation of acute tonsillitis.4.2 By detecting the levels of NLRP3 mRNA,IL-1β,and IL-18 in patients with acute tonsillitis,the expression of NLRP3 mRNA is high before treatment,and the levels of IL-1β and IL-18 are also higher than normal values.By taking Zizheng Dihuang Tang After antibiotics,the three indicators were significantly down-regulated,and theZizheng Dihuang Decoction group was more significantly down-regulated,indicating that Zi Zheng Di Huang San had a significant regulatory effect on the three.4.3 By observing the clinical efficacy of Zizheng Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of acute tonsillitis,and the change of NLRP3 mRNA,IL-1 β,and IL-18 levels in the patient’s serum before and after treatment,compared with the control group,it can be inferred that Zizheng Decoction is an acute treatment.The mechanism of tonsillitis may be achieved by regulating the NLRP3 signaling pathway. |
