| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanghe Pingchuan Granules in treating ACOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome,and to further study its effect on serum IL-12,IL-17 and SP-D.Methods After signing the informed consent form,random numbers were used to randomly classify all eligible 60 patients into control and treatment groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group mainly used conventional Western medicine treatment.The treatment group was treated with Wuyang Pingchuan Granules on the basis of the control group,and 4 weeks was a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome scores,lung function indexes(FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC),serum IL-12,serum IL-17,serum SP-D and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results1 After the two groups of treatment,the scores of syndromes decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).The total curative effect of the treatment group was 90%,and the total curative effect of the control group was66.67%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2 After treatment in the two groups,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and FVC all increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05);in the treatment group,the increase was more significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).3 After treatment in the two groups,serum levels of IL-17 and SP-D decreased(P<0.01),serum IL-12 levels increased(P<0.01),and serum IL-17 and SP-D levels in the treated group decreased more significantly.The increase of IL-12 was also more significant (P<0.01).4 After two groups of treatment,the CAT score decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion1 Yang He Pingchuan Granules has an effect on the scores of TCM syndromes,lung function and quality of life scores of ACOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and has certain clinical efficacy.2 Yang He Pingchuan granules can reduce the levels of IL-17 and SP-D in serum of ACOS patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm,and increase serum IL-12 levels,which may interfere with airway inflammation. |
