Clinical Observation On Feizhangping Pill Combined With Salmeterol Fluticasone Powder Inhaler In The Treatment Of Asthma-Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Overlap(ACO) With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Obstructive Pulmonary Synd

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and medication safety of feizhangping pill combined with salmeterol and fluticasone powder in the treatment of asthma-conchronic obstructive pulmonary disease(ACO)with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and phlegm stasis obstructing lung syndrome,expect to feel for a new thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma-conchronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap(ACO)combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Acquire 80 patients with ACO syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and phlegm stasis obstructing the lung,and freely divide them into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.One group was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder,the other group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine feizhangping pill on the basis of Western medicine.Before and after treatment,we will compared and analyzed the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment Test(CAT),Modified british medicalresearch council(m MRC),Fractional exhalede(Fe NO)and the changes of lung function were statistically after 2 weeks of observation.Results:1.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the symptoms of patients in both groups were improved,and the improvement effect of the treatment group on TCM syndrome of patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In treatment group,there has been a marked improvement of single TCM syndrome(P<0.01),In another group,the result was no change in the aspects of cold limbs,abdominal distension,waist and knee soreness,and cyanosis of lip and nail after treatment(P>0.05),but there was marked change in other syndromes(P<0.01).After 2 weeks,the treatment group improved significantly in the aspects of cold limbs,abdominal distension,waist and knee soreness and cyanosis of lips and nails(P<0.01),its also have improved in terms of wheezing,coughing,expectoration and stridor(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the improvement of chest tightness and dark complexion(P>0.05).The overall efficiency of the treatment group was 94.74%,and another was 87.18%.2.mMRC:After 2 weeks,the scores of patients were obviously decreased in both groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.CAT:After 2 weeks,the scores of patients were obviously decreased in both groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.01).4.Fe NO:After 2 weeks,the number of Fe NO in both groups decreased clearly(P<0.01),moreover,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.01).5.Lung function(FEV1/FVC%):After 2 weeks,the FEV1/FVC% number in both group s were obviously improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the contro l group(P<0.05).6.Safety and adverse reactions:There are no undesirable reaction events of grade 2 or above occurred in both groups,and anomalous in liver and kidney functions was not founded in the process of 2 weeks’ s trial.Conclusion:Feizhangping pill combined with salmeterol and fluticasone powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap(ACO)syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung syndrome,not only decrease CAT score and m MRC score,but also decrease the number of Fe NO,raise up lung function indicators,moreover,the effect is better than that of the single control group,more than the safety is high,and less side effects,too.It can provide a new thought for the treatment of ACO with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
