Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency By Warm Kidney And Spleen Method

Objective:Through by warming the kidney and spleen method of treatment of spleenand kidney Yang deficiency type functional constipation of clinical research,to observe the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type functional constipation in patients with primary and secondary objective clinical efficacy of clinical symptoms,dominated by fu Yang thought from the warming Yang differentiation in the treatment of the disease and the relevant law of diagnosis and treatment of the disease,to spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation prevention provide new theoretical basis and method.Methods: 80 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,40 patients in the treatment group and 40 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with warm kidney and spleen decoction.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.To 1 week to 1 treatment course,four statistical results after treatment,observing two groups of patients before and after 4weeks treatment in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type functional constipation symptoms of change,and to evaluate clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results:(1)clinical curative effect comparison: treatment group total effective rate was 94.4%,control group total effective rate was 86.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group and control group of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency treatment of functional constipation has certain curative effect,but the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.(2)the comparison between groups before treatment,the clinical symptoms in both groups before treatment syndrome integral,no significant difference(P>0.05),(3)4 weeks after treatment group comparison between the clinical symptom integral comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),of which the defecation times a week,the texture of the defecate difficulty,excrement and urine,the toilet is not feeling,limbs do not warm,cold pain symptoms of lumbar debility,rou gui,the treatment group compared with control group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Comparison of treatment safety: there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups during the test(P>0.05).Conclusion : To the idea of fu Yang shipped as the leading factor of the kidney and spleen soup is safe and effective treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type functional constipation curative effect,less adverse reaction,obviously,to spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type provide new method for diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation.
