Clinical Study On Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type)

Objective:to observe the therapeutic effect of this subject on spleen and kidney yang deficiency constipation by comparing the curative effect after treatment,and to study the mechanism of its treatment.Methods: the 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated by needling Huangshu,Tianshu,Qihai,Guan Yuanxue treatment,the control group with routine acupuncture treatment,1 days for 1 times,5 days for 1 courses,4 courses of treatment,treatment during the 2 days of rest.By observing the changes of TCM symptom score,curative effect evaluation of the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the control group was 76.67%,and the curative effect was better than the control group.Conclusion:acupuncture Huangshu,Tianshu,Qihai,Guanyuan treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type constipation curative effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture,acupuncture is less and the operation is convenient,worthy of promotion.
